First time on cycle. Help please :)

This is my first cycle ever and my first post ever and I wanted alot of advice from pros like yourselves,

First off I'm 25 years old and weigh 150-155 pounds. I'm 5'8''.
I did some research and there was so many different stacks and steroids to choose from.
I want to bulk up to maybe 180-200 pounds. I used to weight 123 pounds when I first started lifting weights 2 years ago. I dip down to 147 pounds at the most when I am off season or sick from flu etc.

I looked at thre stacks and was wondering if D-BOL and Deca would be a good stack for me.

I have no idea what PCT I should use for that stack and what to use if I start getting GYNO.

S ome advice on how to inject would be nice too :/ My friend and his dad use steriods and his dad been injecting his son (23, and only did 1 cycle) and himself (for years). I would rather have his dad do the injection for me. I never used a needle in my life so I any advice on what NOT to do with a needle would be nice. I seen horror movies where air gets in the needle and that can kill you instantly from what I Heard. I also wanted to make sure I get real roids and not counterfeit so I wanted to know if anyone knew any trustworthy sites to buy from.

-How much MG should I take of D-Bol and Deca per day/week based on my height/weight and age that I have provided?

-How long should I do the cycle?

-What should I take and do for PCT?

-What should I take to counter GYNO if I get GYNO?

-Where can I buy these products so that I do not get counterfeit ones?


Thanks for the help.. Appreciate it and sorry for asking so much questions. I wjust want to make sure my cycle is done correctly and that I come prepared.
 
What's your bodyfat % ?
You cannot look for sources on here did you read the rules?
What are your goals for this cycle?
I'm no expert but the guys on here need that info to be able to help you out
 
Not trying to be a dick, but you need to use the search function on the forum as it will help answer your questions. Also, you need to read the rules as you just broke some in your post. At your age weight and height steroids are not the answer, a good diet and hard training are. I can guarantee that your diet is no where near where it needs to be. Please post what your diet is, and please use the search button to get some of your answers and once you have researched everything then come back to confirm what you have found. Honesty though from the sounds of it and your stats you don't need aas.

No offence dude but you haven't done anywhere near enough research.. that is a horrible 1st cycle you picked. It will bloat you with water weight and the side effects will be horrible.. if you don't know how to diet then steroids won't help you.. seriously bro take at least another year of training and eating and research before touching AAS or you will regret it

i would start off by doing a 'light' cycle of a legal prohormone first like helladrol, epistrong, or katanadrol. they are legal and they work.

it will let you get your feet wet and let you run a pct so you can get some experience.

one tip though.. IMO never let someone else inject you. never talk.. dont say shit and keep your mouth shut :) but im serious no one needs to know you are on or inject you.
 
we are definitely here to help but were not here to spoonfeed man... and basically, you haven't done anything on your own... most people put in months before they even attempt to come in here and ask advice... they put together some sort of cycle and we fix it... you have done none of this... you also pick deca, which is one of the worst things you can run as a first cycle and you don't even list test... you have not done a minute of studying and your going to be hard pressed to find anyone to help you... i give so much of my free time to help so many people but what you are asking for is pretty much ridiculous... you need to do some of your own research and come back with some sort of idea of what your doing or you have absolutely no business running any sort of cycle... you need to read, then read more and then read even more...
 
I don't know where to start reading from. I looked up alot of cycles but I do not know one is best for me. My body fat is about 16% according to a trainer at the gym who checked my body fat %. My abs do show a 6 pack when I flex my muscles though to which another trainer said that it meant I was at least 10% BF or close to it. I'm really skinny and have a small bone structure and tiny forearms. I would gues and say my test levels are lower then normal already. I did not take offense to anyones commments. Thank you for the advice. I wasn't trying to be spoonfed. I know how to diet consistantly as I have made it second nature in the last 2 years.

I actually made sure I had a consistant diet for 1 year before i started weight lifting (1 year after) meaning I had diet for 2 years and lifted weights for 1 year. I was on the HIT program for my beginner training and then did the LL cool J platinum workout (and made it to platinum). I know its a celeb book but don't knock it, its a good book.

I should read the rules before posting though if I broke some earlier. SOrry about that. I take in about 2000-3000 calories a day and sometimes eat peanut butter on my spare time when im not home. I take 3-4 scoops of whey protein a day and about 6-8 eggs and 1 cup of oatmeal for breakfast everyday. I have my diet down in terms of being consistant.
I drink 1 to 1 and half gallons of water a day. I feel I do not even a full gallon of water unless its a cardio or heavy day or if I'm out in the heat too much (live in florida), but I drink a gallon anyway minimum a day.
Food is starting to get very expensive so I don't eat 5-8 big meals a day anymore like I used to be able to afford.

I used legal supplements before such as creatine, N.O xplode, IGF-1 with deer antler velvet extract, casein,whey,soy protein powders, L Glutamine, and monster mass weight gainer (made form monster milk company).
I know how to use and stack those well and I am gonna do at least 1 year of research starting from the day of my first post before attempting a cycle anyway.

I will look up the legal supplements you have posted for me and thanks for the info everyone.
 
Up your calories to about 3500-4000 with a protein/carb/fat ratio of 50/30/20 over the course of 6-7 meals.

You need to be training hard and eating right for ATLEAST 3-4 years before considering aas. Most people would agree with 5-6 years. Somebody correct me if I'm wrong sorry. There is also a HUGE difference between 10% and 16% body fat so one of these trainers are obviously wrong
 
start reading this forum like crazy

read all the stickies
read threads by the mods
read posts by the mods

search beginner cycles, first cycles, etc

then just keep going and going and going..
 
Posts like this makes me miss the drugsprofiles site. There needs to be basic information for people starting out.

I also get pm's for this -- everything from "how do I inject" to "design a cycle for me." People have to realize, there's a difference between seeking help and just imposing on people. There's a difference between starting a topic that others may enjoy discussing and just expecting personal instruction.
