8lbs is pretty respectable bro. Eat lots and train/rest. You sound like you have a pretty solid frame. I would say Test but that's me. woootooom, whats your thoughts about taking out the dbol? ive been working out for at least 3 years. . im just tired of the run around. . . not seeing the results like i want.. . .the best ive ever gotten with creatine and protein was 8 measly pounds. .

just to let you know i just did my first cycle of test e at 500mg/wk for 12 weeks. im 24, 6ft 220 when started and 232 when finished. im done with pct and dropped back to 223. i had been working out for 8 years, eat at least every 2 hours, 5000 cals a day, 2 gallons of water, over 300g protein. my body was maxed out at 220. i have upped my food intake and take every natural supplement to support nitrogen retention and testosterone. its going to depend if you are naturally maxed out yet. dont expect to hold onto your gains if your genetic limits our allready tapped. i got 3 pds and acne from 3 months of test. not worth it.
ya MAJOR family probelms will do that to you... no im not clinically depressed !
