First time injecting!

It takes years to build a good base. Now that might not be something you want to hear, but its true. You will have much more success once you have a solid base to run off of. You have to get your diet to a T. Quality muscle is built with time+knowledge, like on how your body responds to training, and food. It takes time to see how your body responds to different training. As far as food keep it simple, get rid of that protein powder shit and start eating chicken, tuna, eggs. Eat 6-8 meals a day. I've seen people resort to roids thinking its going to be a miracle drug that will get them swole in no time, it doesn't work that way. Remember muscles are built in the kitchen. The amount of calories depends on your body size. But no matter what to put on weight you have to be eating more calories then your burning. And the average calorie consumption is 2700-2900 per day for the AVERAGE male. So your intake should be much much more. I'm 5'5 and 155lbs and i consume 4000-4500 calories a day. Keep in mind everyone is different you need to find what right for you.
 
Cheers then bro! I'm 11 stone I don't know what that is in pounds but I'm eating alot of pasta chicken and rice at the moment is milk a gd idea 4 drink??
 
Morning- chicken sandwiches
Afternoon- tuna pasta
Night- jacket potato tuna beans
And snakes in-between probely not the best? Alls I do is change the afternoon meal with say lasagna
 
Diesel- your best waiting for the other lads they know what there on about! Sum one suggested test-e to me but I'm not 2 sure

up your meals to 6-8X per day. where are your eggs? after your workout take in a lot of protein rich foods.. shakes will not do the job like real food will do.

try to eat every 2 hours something.. even if its just an apple or 2 bananas.

the most anabolic thing you could put into your body is food. once you get your diet in sync you will start gaining.

and also your lifts, your legs can get 10 pounds added to them very easily if you work them out as hard as your upper body. squats, deads.. yeah i know they aren't fun but you need to do them and overtime you will enjoy leg day more then anything.

Back to OP read my last post and take it to heart. A couple of months I was right where you are and these folks set me down a good path and haven't done me wrong yet.
