First time injecting!

This will be my first time to inject, I have got sus and deca a 10 week corse what cycle should I run and where is best to inject? Cheers
 
welcome to the board. before you start this cycle you need to do a lot more research. deca is a poor choice for a first cycle first and foremost.

lets start with your stats since this is your first time posting. and also your training history and current diet
 
Alright steve. I have been going gym 4 times a week for 7 months and havn't seen no change I'm still 11 stone. I have 3 meals a day and taking 3 cnp pro mass shakes a day.

Easy there buddy, these guys may sound a little harsh, but seriously give it a few years of training.
I think AAS is fine for recreational use, but train more first, and do alot more research before you jump into this, do you even know what pct is?
I doubt it...
Most likely you wont find anyone here that will help you because you are not ready.

also your age you are very young, you've got a lot of time to reach your goals. a little patience will pay off in the long run.

Bro, save yourself possibly A LOT of headaches and do some research, revamp your nutrition & training, keep hitting the weights and revisit this decision down the line.

These guys are trying to give you good advice. Education man. I read about peptides for 2 and a half months, and read just about every thread on this site about them, and read other sites about them etc before I decided to inject a peptide (ipamorelin) and started it last night... you should spend as much time if not more researching and contemplating AAS.

Your friend for one probably knows what he's doing, likely has their diet dialed in, and may have even had a lack of test in their system for whatever reason... your friend could even just eat poorly and gained that much of fat.

AAS use isn't just about how much weight you can put on, but its also about how much you keep after. if your friend put on a stone and then after cycle he loses it all then what good did it do for him?

list your workout splits, and list your diet specifically. and we will try to get that corrected.. i bet you can put on a stone easily without AAS just by fixing that.

i know you already put you have 3 meals a day.. but be more specific. and we will see what we can do here

Sustanon is one of my personal favs, I also run it with Deca and a little bit of Cyp.

I personally like to inject in the glutes, I use a 23g 1.5" needle and inject in the the upper/outer quadrant, I inject twice weekly so I just rotate glutes. You can pin your quads with 1" needle, not sure I would recommend a beginner doing that though, glutes are the easiest.

What doses on the Sust and Deca are you going to run?
 
Man I know its gotta be dissapointing to get interested in steroids, decide that its a great solution... then have a bunch of people tell you something you DO NOT want to hear... that you need to do what your doing, better, before you go for backup!! But the truth is, if you listen to the people on this forum that want to help you, you'll learn a ton in no time. From nutrition advice, to lifting advice, and finally help with selecting and dosing steroids, you will have plenty of help and support along the way... but trust me, take the advice when its given! I know the temptation is there to say fuck it, grab a couple bottles of test from someone, tell everyone on the boards your not, and start on it... but think of it like an engine, do you want to add a bunch of performance parts to an old beat up motor with 150xxx on it thats leaking and isnt making enough power as it is, or do you want to rebuild that engine first, get a solid ass base, then build it up till its ripping the bolts through the wheels when you take off?!? Thats what you get by dialing in your diet and routine BEFORE you start the juice. Feel free to PM me for help with nutrition, etc if you have questions, or any of the mods, etc. There are a ton of people on here to help you, and when its time for the steroids, the help will be there for that too!
 
Cheers for the advise people so if you were staring in my boots what would you conceder? I've got cnp pro mass shakes, phd pharma whey, and all my vitamins. I keep seeing a lot of progess with the people I go gym with there all telling me 2 take this sus and deca and you will c a massive change in as little as a week. But I will leave them and take some at vide off the people that know. Cheers
 
Real food man, shakes are supplementary in my opinion, get that chicken on the grill and the veggies in the steamer and just eat like its goin out of style, You WILL see results, gains are slow, but they are the good ones that stay,
 
It takes years to build a good base. Now that might not be something you want to hear, but its true. You will have much more success once you have a solid base to run off of. You have to get your diet to a T. Quality muscle is built with time+knowledge, like on how your body responds to training, and food. It takes time to see how your body responds to different training. As far as food keep it simple, get rid of that protein powder shit and start eating chicken, tuna, eggs. Eat 6-8 meals a day. I've seen people resort to roids thinking its going to be a miracle drug that will get them swole in no time, it doesn't work that way. Remember muscles are built in the kitchen. The amount of calories depends on your body size. But no matter what to put on weight you have to be eating more calories then your burning. And the average calorie consumption is 2700-2900 per day for the AVERAGE male. So your intake should be much much more. I'm 5'5 and 155lbs and i consume 4000-4500 calories a day. Keep in mind everyone is different you need to find what right for you.
 
Cheers then bro! I'm 11 stone I don't know what that is in pounds but I'm eating alot of pasta chicken and rice at the moment is milk a gd idea 4 drink??

Night- jacket potato tuna beans
And snakes in-between probely not the best? Alls I do is change the afternoon meal with say lasagna
 
Diesel- your best waiting for the other lads they know what there on about! Sum one suggested test-e to me but I'm not 2 sure

up your meals to 6-8X per day. where are your eggs? after your workout take in a lot of protein rich foods.. shakes will not do the job like real food will do.

try to eat every 2 hours something.. even if its just an apple or 2 bananas.

the most anabolic thing you could put into your body is food. once you get your diet in sync you will start gaining.

and also your lifts, your legs can get 10 pounds added to them very easily if you work them out as hard as your upper body. squats, deads.. yeah i know they aren't fun but you need to do them and overtime you will enjoy leg day more then anything.

Back to OP read my last post and take it to heart. A couple of months I was right where you are and these folks set me down a good path and haven't done me wrong yet.

Yeah, I actually thought about it later and fealt stupid. I was wrong and know better seeing how I work with a lot of newcomers in other areas. Bigblun I started off on the wrong foot and apologize. My concern is I don't want you to make mistakes that maybe later you might regret. That being said, I started with the quad only because I fealt I had more control. I eventually worked the glute into the rotation, but I fealt like a contortionist the first few times.
 
No prob mate yea I just want 2 start putting weight on. I think I'm going to listen to the advise I've been given and see how I get on. Il keep you guys posted.
