first time GH user with questions

i have recently purchased 100iu's of the blue top gh,i am going to be running 2iu for 5days on 2days off, my main goal with the use of GH is fat loss,now i have been told to take t3(tertroxin) with my gh,now i am not running Anabolics with this cycle,and from all that i have read it is essential to take anabolics with t3,now if i was to take 20-40 ug with my GH, would this then tap into my muscle source?i am going to be taking clen/eca with my GH for the enhanced fat burning benefit. Also what time must i take my GH shots? diet is as follows

5:30 prework out shake (30grams whey protein +34grams staminade carbohydrate drink + bcaa)
6:00 train
7:00 post work out shake(60grams whey protein +68grams staminade carbohydrate drink +10grams glutamine +10grams creatine)
8:00 breakfast (oats and egg whites,no not mixed together...eeeeeew ;) )
10:30 chicken and brown rice
13:30 whey protein
14:00 cardio(45mins - 55mins)
15:30 chicken brown rice
18:30 chicken olive oil
20:30 slow release protein shake mixed with 250ml fat free milk

when would be best to take my gh shots and must i split the dosage?
 
not enough gh for you to see a difference..

and you should take 3iu/day for fat loss..

1.5 am 1.5 in the afternoon..

how old are you???

and drop the brown rice, replace with fiber veggies like green beans

and add an additional 2g of fish oil per day to the diet..
 
i don't..

dex with the pwo protein shake..

and ppwo meal you could have a sweat potato with the chicken breast.

but that will depend on your body and how it responds..

ok,well i shall bump up my dosage of gh then,also,what time must i inject it? 11 and 15:30?

I do 1st thing in the am when i wake, and then again at 2:00 (1400)

and yes the t3 will take your muscle if you are not supplementing with aas.. even var will not stop it, but it will slow down the effect so be careful with that.

i was reading a forum on another site,they recon the t3 at 12.5-20ug will not eat as much muscle as u think rather just boost the thyroid level back to normal,but it is best to have aas with your gh cycle,so u think i should take my gh with my prework out shake and my whey that i take before cardio?

are u doing GH only? how long do u run that t3 for? 6 weeks max or for the enitre duration of your gh cycle? i am worried about thyroid suppression if taken longer than 6 weeks,i as is take 20mcg a day with 600mg of kelp for the iodine just to keep my natural thyroid levels up.i have been on t3 at 20mcg for the last 2 weeks(completing my short 7 week cycle of (anavar(60mg ED) test prop 400mg a week(injected EOD) and nandro prop 300mg a week(150mg injected every 4th day))i was only able to get my hands on my gh this week otherwise i would've run in conjunction.i will be running 60mg ECA caps twice daily with my GH.

I am currently running 200mg eq and 400 mg per week too. I'm not sure how long i'll run the T3...normally without GH I would run for no more thatn 6 weeks.. but while on since your thyroid is supposed to be suppressed from the GH...not sure... anyone?

decided to bump up my dosage of gh to 4iu's a day,now i wanna know if i am running just GH on its own with out t3 and just taking a strong eca will i get decent fat loss over 10weeks?
 
You should take test with your GH. For fat loss I would take 400mg a week. The T3 is fine at 25mcg/day, if that's all you got. I would rather see you do T4 at 100mcgs a day and 12.5mcgs a day of T3. Then you can increase the T3 to 25mcg and 37.5mcg down the road. I have done GH with T3, T4 and the combination of the two. The combo is better. 4Iu's of GH is a good starting point. Raise the GH 1IU every 3 weeks until you get to 8IU's a day. GH seems to really start working around week 6 at 6IU's. From there you can go up to 8 or you can go beyond. Myself, I haven't went over 10IU's. I like 7IU's, and that's whatI am using right now.

Remember you can take all the drugs you want but if you don't diet and do cardio you won't lose weight. Don't throw you money away.

you can, however everyone is a little different.. i take t3.. but prefer t4 with gh and i run it 6 months

2 months.. then an aas cycle while on gh, then 2 months just gh..

that's the ideal.. and shake timing doesn't matter, you just don't want to take it at night as it will disrupt your natural pulse of GH which is the largest of the day, when you sleep..
