take shots of extra virgin olive oil.
i take 2 tbsp 2x a day adds an extra 500 cals.
i understand what you're going through man i've been there, it's fuckin tough to eat when you are a skinny bitch! but if you find ways to stuff it down, over time you'll get used to it, big problem for me was nausea while eating along with bloating and alternating runs/constipation. after i said fuck it i'll deal with those things anyways after about 3-4 weeks eating 3500 cals a day eventually my body adapted and started to expect the food and i could eat like that normally, shit i'd even wake up in the morning starving.
i worked out for 6 months with excellent training plenty/sleep rest. high protein everything. turns out i lost 10 pounds in the process although i did add some muscle it wasn't much.
if you drink milk drink whole milk, take shots of olive oil. put butter/margarine/mayonnaise on everything.

www.fitday.com and put EVERYTHING you eat in ther0 (don't forget to count for stuff like putting butter on your toast/mayo on a sandwich), turnsr out you may think you are eating more than you are, 3000+ cals is a LOT more food than you think it is. the fitday deal is a pain in the ass at first but you only need to do it for about two weeks then you'll kind of be able to kind of eat intuitively.
trust me man, you are blessed with your ecto metabolism, you can eat all day long, stay lean and get just as big as you'd ever want to be.
seriously man, it requires persistence but it's the truth. expect gains of about 0.5 pound a week.
