first time cycle ?

hey guys,,,how are you all doin ? ive been working out on and off for a few years but i have not made any progress.So ive decided to take steroids and see if i can change that.The guys at the gym say that i should take deca durabolin,alone , as it is the safest for first timers.Some say stack it with dianabol !!!! What should i take for the first time and what kinda cycle ? Is 8 weeks good enough ? what should i do after the cycle is over ?
 
Absolutely not! No decca only!

Try one compound only such as test/e or test/c or test/p to see how you react. Then maybe the second cycle you can add the dbol.

If you want to do 8 weeks I would go with the test/p. But this will be an eod shot at the min but not a bad cycle.

I would go a little longer with on of the other two.

What are your stats? (height/weight/bf%/age) Post up your diet.

Post your stats (age, weight, est. bf%), your workout routine and your diet. Two years of working out without gains, has to be your diet and routine.
 
ive been training for 3 years on and off.Off,coz when i don't make any gains then i get easily discouraged and i'm always like, what the hell ! why am i not making any gains.Some guys who started around the time that i did made excellent progress in a very short time by using these things. But i had no clue.i thought they must be eating some new kind of expensive supplement.I just didn't know coz no1 talks about it ........height - 6.4,,,, weight - 176lbs,,,, im 23 years old (24 in feb),,,, body fat around 20%....
as for my diet i keep trying new things but i try to eat 4 to 5 (healthy) meals a day.

no offense bro but 176 is kinda light for 6'4" and what makes it a little worse is the high bf so u r even leaner than that. u need to bump that up to 6 or 7 meals.

what are these 4-5 meals exactly?

Meal 1: =...
Meal 2: =....
etc. (serving sizes please)

i have a feeling your diet isnt in check and even with aas you could still continue to see little to no gains.

If you can't make any gains then you won't get the most out of your cycle. IMHO you could get the same results or better from just learning more about training and diet, than you would from just adding steroids w/o the proper knowledge.

You should get those other 2 aspects in check first, (It wouldn't take all that long to set up the regiments) then do your cycle.
 
Trust me when i say your not ready for Steroids. I am 5 7 and i weigh in at about 175 with bf under 13% easily. You need to work out hard in the gym consistantly, eat a diet that can help you lose weight and make gains in the gym, sleep and my best advicce would be to try some DERMACRINE or some products that Nelson Montana promotes on here. Those could give you the boost you need and help you get ready for roids. I wouldent get on them till you were over 200 and had a bf of 14 ish percent. But try One of those products before Roids

Bro, fix your diet first like percentage of protein/carbs/fat then just eat, eat, eat!
You need to eat at least 3000cal/day minimum preferably 3500-4000 for you to gain.

As a sugestion, I would drop your body fat to 14 or lower then bulk up again.
No offence, but you have a lot to learn and steroids should be the last thing on your mind

yea you should learn about training and diet first. once you get that down run some dermacrine and see how that does you. before using gear bro you need to exhaust ALL other methods to build muscle, or the gear will just hinder your eventual overall progress.
that being said, if you still insist on using steroids which you probably will cuz you think they are magic. just use test enan or cyp at 250 or 300mg a week for 10 weeks.

lol nooooo way bro... no decca alone unless u wanna have then sexual fuctions of a 90 year old man.. like they said try a longer actin test ester .. such as test e or test cyp imo .. even sust is good to go

Any advice on how to eat that much? I have a fast metabolism and even though I can eat what I want I find it hard to eat that much otherwise im bloated all day long..

wanna trade metabolism bro--i see a commercial for cupcakes and buttons start to pop.

consider a good weight gainer shake--just break-up the portions b/c some are just sick amount of calories. A bro i know in your situation mixes his weight gainer with low cal protein isolate shake and drinks all day long.--get put a solid 25 lbs on in a year with 2 light 10 weeks cycles of stst at 250/week.

i notice big doses of complex carbs will do that to me.

what's your diet now. it would be better to tailor what you are eating now then to do this from scratch. plus we may notice some obvious difference makers.

i could think of many ways to get that food in ya and minimize the bloated feeling a little. hey but some are such hard gainers that they will just have to eat until they explode. they get used to it.
 
take shots of extra virgin olive oil.

i take 2 tbsp 2x a day adds an extra 500 cals.

i understand what you're going through man i've been there, it's fuckin tough to eat when you are a skinny bitch! but if you find ways to stuff it down, over time you'll get used to it, big problem for me was nausea while eating along with bloating and alternating runs/constipation. after i said fuck it i'll deal with those things anyways after about 3-4 weeks eating 3500 cals a day eventually my body adapted and started to expect the food and i could eat like that normally, shit i'd even wake up in the morning starving.

i worked out for 6 months with excellent training plenty/sleep rest. high protein everything. turns out i lost 10 pounds in the process although i did add some muscle it wasn't much.

if you drink milk drink whole milk, take shots of olive oil. put butter/margarine/mayonnaise on everything.

go to www.fitday.com and put EVERYTHING you eat in ther0 (don't forget to count for stuff like putting butter on your toast/mayo on a sandwich), turnsr out you may think you are eating more than you are, 3000+ cals is a LOT more food than you think it is. the fitday deal is a pain in the ass at first but you only need to do it for about two weeks then you'll kind of be able to kind of eat intuitively.

trust me man, you are blessed with your ecto metabolism, you can eat all day long, stay lean and get just as big as you'd ever want to be.

seriously man, it requires persistence but it's the truth. expect gains of about 0.5 pound a week.

i'm gonna make a guide for ecto's.
 
when needto's :Chef: book comes out is a few weeks he should be able to point you towards some of his recipes that would suit you--

First off start doing cardio(25min HIIT) 3x a week, that will take care of that bloat to some degree
As for the diet....here is what I eat on a bulk non-workout days: I aproximate the calories so they might not be right on but I know it's close......When I work out I add another quick post workout drink about 400cal
Meal 1.
Cup oats+2 cups lowfat milk+ 9egg whites omlette(included 1 whole egg) calories about 750-800

Meal 2.
Chicken sandwich (6-8oz breast grilled, bread, lowfat chesse, greens, some nuts)+a pudding sugar free snack, calories around 600-700

Meal 3.
Rice 1 cup, 10oz of chicken, Veggies, rice pudding snack , soy drink, fruit
calories around 700-800

Meal 4.
Meal of my choice either another sandwich or shake or I mix and match
Calories 500-600

Meal 5.
Grilled fish or beef+ patatoe (ussualy 2 of them)+ corn/pepers mix or salad and a drink
600cal

Meal 6
Protein shake (no carbs) at about 400 cal

So it's roughly 4000cal. I space my meals 3 hours apart and I've never had issues by the end of the 3 hours I'm hungry again
Note. Avoid sugary drinks unless it's a post workout shake. Use gatorade it's great for that.
Stay away from OJ, apple juice crap like that....Sugar tends to fill you up and bloat at least it does for me. Use splenda and ice tea or some sugar free drinks
When I'm not bulking I drop my calories to 3000/day usually by reducing 6 meals to 5 ....and always drink plenty of water
Also, avoid taking weight gainers....They are full of sugar and mostly junk.
Eat normal food,
I do cook as well but that will get too compilicated to explain what I do but at least you have something to start with

too much of just about anything can make u sick - water, food, etc.

if u mean liver damage with protein or something like that then please clarify.

Like 8and 20 said ....be more specific
eating 200-250gr of protein a day while training hard is not much....I go a much as 350 while I'm on but around 300 seems to be just fine and I'm still alive and kicking....LOL

Try to eat your body wt in grams of protein if you are in doubt....
