First time cycle recommendations

New to the forum and looking for advise. Came from a Bb forum that didn't.allow for anabolic discussions. So I'd figure I'd ask a general question

24 years old
6' 4"
255lbs

Diet isn't horrible but its not solid
Breakfast: Cereal or cottage cheese
Coffee at work
Lunch: 50g of protein
Energy drink or more coffee
Dinner: whatever is being cooked at home
I end up.over eating a little at dinner which is probably why.I'm not losing weight

I used to life 3-4 times a week and kept spreadsheets of my progress but I dislocated my.knee and got.lazy for the last 2 years. Lost what muscle I had and packed on some weight

Looking to drop weight and lean up (drop the 50lb and very muscle tone back) and really need a push to do it.

I've looked into it before and felt that anavar would be the best for what.I wanted to do. However I think everyone would recommend a test cycle for a first time.

I am willing to get my diet rock solid and maybe lose a couple lbs first but I thought I'd ask the community since here.you can ask.

Advice appreciated.

okay bro, i would love to help you here but i hope you can take some criticism and know i am only trying to help... your dfucking diet is terrible and you need to get that right before you even consider doing anything... you need to get on a proper workout regiment as well... i am assuming your body fat is high but it would help if you could tell me that so i can kind of gauge where you are at... then i can put you together something to get your weight right so you can CONSIDER running something... you need to get a solid schedule of training and diet for at least 6 months though bro...
