Guys, my main goal is to be something like Greg Plitt - I am looking for about 10-15 lbsof more muscle, particularly to get my chest out because its lagging the most out of my entire body.
my Diet is high in protein, moderate carbs ( cycle every 4 days from high to low), and low fat/sugars. Maybe 1 cheat meal, Id say my daily intake right now is about 2,200 calories.
I am not trying to get Huge, and become a hulk. Im looking for an aesthetic figure something along the lines of " Zyzz" or Josef Rakich ..
And lastly, I do have some surplus fat, I know u cant see it, but when I sit down I can still grab some of my lower abdominal fat, and sides... maybe im just obsessed. bbut I am aiming for that "shredded" veins everywhere look....
