First time Anavar

This is my first time trying Anavar and I’m a little scared . I’m always scared to try new medications or supplements. I’m 5’2 at 140 female . Taking 5mg a day . Will I need some supplements for my organs to keep them healthy while on my cycle? If so which ones do you recommend? Is there a specific calorie , protein , carb intake ?
Thank you . I want to lose weight and tone up . So what I’ll do I’ll keep my calorie intake at 500 deficit . I train 5-6 times a week strength training and trying to incorporate cardio as well . At least 30 min of it .

I see some things about you and i understand you want to get good results, but you understand that telling you to use anabolic steroids without seeing your LOG journal diary is like shooting in the dark, we would all be guessing.

You need to start a LOG journal diary asap, with your training diet cardio sleep supplements and more so we can properly guide you.

You can see @lora4ca has the best female log up right now: (she's making amazing improvements in her diet)

If you want us to really guide you, and we have 100s of years of experience between us, you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

instead of focusing on calories, focus on quality of food and look more into fasting. fasting works incredibly well across the board for eveyrhting
