this is not for me but for my father his stats:

43 years old, 76kg, 5 foot 6 inches tall, BF% roughly 15-19%

been working out for a year prior to that has been doing muay thai kickboxing off and on for 7-8 years (on Brown level ready to move to Black)

have found a sustanon supplier and the plan was a 8 week cycle begging nolvadex 3 weeks after last shot at 40/40/20/20

85kg of muscle 13-14% body fat, not sure what dose he should be taking was thinking 250 once per week

what do you suggest for PCT and what AI should he use? thanks alot bigbassturd. someone told me to talk him out of it and/or get him checked for tumors???

your father in not prepaired to do a cycle, send him to a doc for a full check up, we have liminated info on him and i am not about to give advice based upon what you posted.

One year isn't Shit! tell him to pay his dues and train,train, get the diet in order then come back in 2 yrs!
