The letro would take your estrogen down to about zero but after you stop you get a strong rebound reaction. That's why your doc prescribed 2 weeks of nolva to block the elevated estrogen at your breast tissue. Sounds like your estrogen is still elevated. Give it a couple more weeks and things should settle down.
