first post: good for cutting??

Its not impossible to eat pure foods for a show. last 10 weeks I never touch shakes or bars. why? look at an ingredient list. It contains sugar, dairy or milk powder, some have oils, etc. This is stuff one would never put in ones body for a show diet. Its chicken , fish, turkey and some beef. Pure and simple its very hard but on stage in trunks those who diet will look like they did and those who gave in will look like they did.
 
good point. I am cutting this summer not for comp but for my own personal enjoyment. I will be using chicken, tuna, real fish, and also powders cuz I nmeed to get all my nutrients in.

Ditch the bagel and add another 1/2 cup oatmeal. add some fiberous green veggies to your rice and chicken meals and definately cut carbs out after 6. keep protein at 1.5 per lb of bw. and cardio cardio cardio b4 1st meal.
 
For the clen and eca combo. I wouldn't do it at the same time. Take the clen for two weeks on two weeks off. And on your off weeks take the xenadrine.
