First ever needle 2 mins ago!

Just wanted to say a big fat thankyou to all you guys posting responses up on the anab forum,

I have gone from not knowing hardly anything about steroids a few weeks ago to my first needle about 3 min ago. I took all the advice IE getting a hot shower first etc etc

It was painless, (think its bruising a little and no doubt sore later, but all the info i got off you guys means no matter what fucks up ive done my research and know u guys are a great help.

Special thanks to needtogetass as he has helped me out a lot.
