First Cycle.....

Hi everyone, first time thread post here.

I've been working out regularly (6-7) days a week for 2 years and now, I haven't been gaining much strength for the past few months. I have an extremely atheletic build, but not much bulk. I guess I might have bigorexia, hah. So I've decided to turn to some "performance enhancers," Sust 250 and Deca 250.

So now I'm researching before I start my cycle: Diet, Dose, Cycle Length, Side Effects, etc.

The more information I can get, the more comfortable I will feel, especially from other users.

A large concern of mine is briefly reading deca dick. I love to have sex, as much as possible!

I have become aware of the importance an anti aromatizer be included with the cycle, such as Nolvadex.

Any information or input I can get would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Yo! Nice post. Im new here to. I dont know much. Im also here researching and learning for my first cycle. Theres alot of good information here. I do have some suggestions you can take with a grain of salt as far as your workout and diet. My suggestion on your workout would be to cut it way back. I know i have the tendency to think more is better, but when it comes to your muscles thats not the case. Your muscles grow when your not working out and they need time to repair and rebuild. My suggestion would be to workout 3 days a week. For example: Mon-Wed-Fri. I would suggest you try to incorporate as many compound excercises as you can. I would also suggest you focus on adding weigh to thos compund excercises weekly or bi-monthly. Perhaps you can even do 4 days a week if you got a split. But my suggestion again as far as your workout would be focus on compunds excercises and to focus on slowly but steadily adding weight to those compund moves. Another suggestion I have is if your having trouble bulking or gaining then its probably your diet. My suggestion on your diet would be 2500-4000 calories a day. Probably guessing closer to 4000 but i dont know your stats so it would be a guess. So yeah 4000 calories a day spread out over 6-8 meals a day every 2-3 hours. I think if you get your diet in check and your workout in check then you will see your gains. Throw in what your planning to throw in and you should be good to go. Oh and I highly recomend you study up on what you are going to be using. Im not talking about casually either. really know what you are going to be taking. know the dose. know the sides. know the reasons. And in my opinion get your PCT down 100%. Theres alot of information here. If you look for it, your sure to find an answere. Im gonna let everyone else comment on the gear aspect of your post cause like i said, im here learning about that to. Good Luck.

Heres some info i found usefull. I suggest reading them all.

also, I would like to know if I can do them both in the same injection or if I have to do a seperate one for each.

Thanks

Yes you can do them both in one inj.

Also to take better advantage of those calories ditch the choc milk for a protein shake you need 1 gram of protein for every pound of bodyweight.

chocolate milk??
are you kidding me, bro?

i guess if youre naturally a really skinny dude but
the chocolate milk ive seen around here are loaded with high glycemic carbohydrates

i would think whole milk would be alright
ive used whole milk to get fat and strong

correct me if i am wrong, many
but im thinking nolvadex is not an "anti aromatizer"
but an estrogen receptor modulator?

you better get your shit straight before you start sticking yourself!

hah, stone, your telling me. My buddy who I work out with stuck himself the first day he got it, and I was like "Uhh... I need to research some stuff first," thats why I'm here. one of my buddy's recently turned me on to DSN's True Mass to replace the choc milk, which I'll probably be purchasing here shortly. In the beginning, I did gain 15lbs over a span of 3 months from the choc milk (960 calories and 36g of protien per quart) and a healthy diet, but I'm also taking all 20 amino acids with a alot of di&tri peptides.

I am researching like crazy, the more I know the better. I've read that nolvadex is: " NOLVADEX® (tamoxifen citrate) Tablets, a nonsteroidal antiestrogen, are for oral administration." but obvisouly i need to research more to figure out the difference between an anti-aromatizing agent and an estrogen receptor modulator.

i think an anti-aromatizing agent is something that interferes with the aromatization of androgens to estrogens. something like Arimidex. i guess you would take them during your cycle, when androgen levels are high and likely to be aromatized

and im not sure but i think Estrogen Receptor Modulators bind to estrogen receptors,
preventing estrogens (like estradiol) from binding to them and causing unwanted effects

i've never use an AI before,
but after a cycle i always use Nolvadex - Tamoxifen Citrate, a SERM
40mg ED for a couple weeks
then 20mg for a couple weeks

i once used Nolva AND Clomid and that was nice..

i wish i could tell you about HCG,
but i dont know much about it except that we both should learn about it.

HCG increases the body´s natural testosterone levels its use during long or extremely high dosed cycles can be most beneficial were the effects on the hypothalamus causes a depressed signal to the testicles. The result of the depressed signal leads to what is known as testicular atrophy (shrunken nuts). The use of HCG will send an artificial signal to the testes (again, as if it were actually LH), thus preventing (to some degree) atrophy. It not only helps to maintain testicular size and condition but it will also help in restoring testicles back to their original size. At a time when below normal androgen levels (due to ASS use) could become costly. Restarting natural testosterone production as quickly as possible is of a special concern in males at the end of a cycle of AAS. The price paid by bodybuilders for failing to raise natural test levels is the loss of most if not all the hard earned muscle you have gained, the main cause is cortisol. Cortisol sends a message to the muscles that is opposite to that of testosterone. If cortisol is not dealt with (because of an extremely low testosterone level) it will quickly strip away the new and hard earned muscle you have just gotten.

Some users find that they have better gains and quicker recovery while using HCG during a cycle of AAS. This first claim is more than likely due to the fact that the body has a high level of natural testosterone as well as that provided by the use of AAS, and the second may be somewhat justifiable, as stimulating the testes to secrete testosterone intermittently may aid recovery.

So tell me something....when do you give your body a chance to grow if you workout 7 days a week?

I also agree, rest is every bit as vital as training, & sleep plus diet, everyone of them fits into the equasion!
