Hi there,

I'm 6'0, 160lbs. I've been training martial arts since I was a kid and have been in the gym for 2 years, one of them being in olympic-style weightlifting. I've been looking into some steroids and have been intrigued with the results they give.

My goals:
Priority 1: Gain 10-20lbs LBM.
Priority 2: Strength gains.
Orals only, I live at home (20 years old saving money for my own place) so injectables isn't an option.

I'm thinking either finabolan or dianabol. I'm not against stacking, but as few pills as possible. Parents aren't really enhancer-friendly so the less they suspect the better! I'll tell them if they ask but until then I'd rather keep it to myself. Besides the roids', what else should I get?

Food would better for you at your current age. High protein and tons of clean calories. If you up your calories you should get atleast to the 180's at 6' tall. I'm 6 feet tall and got to 210 naturally, steady 208 without putting on to much fat by eating like crazy, training hard and taking supps.

Food, whey protein powder, creatine, multi vitamins, fish oil, and more food.

Best food would be lean meats preferably fish, chicken, turkey, red meat, all natural peanut butter, oatmeal, greens, potatoes and any other whole wheat or natural products.
 
That I know, I've had an increase of about 3000-3500kcals per week. I have seen some great gains so far (+5lbs mostly being muscle) but I'm beginning to stagnate. Anyway, my mind has been made up. I've been wanting to try AAS for almost a year now. I'm not talking about anything hardcore, just some dbol/deca/var or something like that for a cycle and see what happens.

I am going to try this, I'm pretty stubborn that way. Any advice would be helpfull. The three different substances I wrote above are the ones of my interest. But if I'm open for suggestions.

That's not what I meant. I meant something for liver health or similiar. My diet is clean and supervised by a professional. I cycle carbs, count calories and so on along with a few supplements (omega-3, whey and multivitamin).
 
No offense bro but 6' 160 is a skinny as hell why juice in the prime testosterone years of your life when you can do it naturally without any sides. You know at this age assuming you're a healthy young man your test levels are the highest they're ever going to be in your entire life. I'm not just saying that its the truth. Dbol wont give you lean mass gains, you have to inject deca, var is going be your best bet but you wont gain that much off of it and it is expensive as hell.
 
at 6'0 160 you have a way to go before using aas. Put the work in and eat like you want it. I went from 140 to 210 naturally before touching anything. Good Luck

You're still not eating enough. You said your diet is supervised by a professional. A professional WHAT?

Bro, it's your diet and training that you need to focus on now. Steroids would be the lazy way right now. Chances are high that you'll lose most of the weight you'll gain after you come off if your diet and training aren't where they should be anyway (even with pct). Bodybuilding is probably about 80%+ diet and training. Not just a "clean diet" but eating enough food...protein, carbs, fats.

Are you eating 2 to 2.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight a day? If not you're not eating enough. How about carbs? Are you getting enough carbs? Hard to grow if not.

I'm sure you'll do it anyway, because you're hard-headed because you're young and you think you know everything, and you definitely know more than a bunch of experienced guys on a steroid board, some of whom are twice your age.

But, if there's any chance you're humble and intelligent enough to listen to some really great advice...don't do steroids YET! Read up over on the training board. Read up on the diet board. Ask training and diet questions. Tell us what your goals are. Have some people who have already done what you are trying to do to help you do what they did...naturally. Doing steroids now would be a waste of your natural hormone levels (which are at their highest now).

I've been counting calories and macronutrients since I was 16.

My maintenance is 3000, I eat roughly 3200-3700. P25-30%, F20-25%, C45-55%. The reason for the fluctuation is because I cycle carbs.

Did I say that I knew everything? The reason why I posted in the first place was because a bunch of people on this forum are experienced guys, some of whom are twice my age.

Ok, I won't use steroids. Seeing as everyone has posted the same thing so far, I'll go with the general oppinion and stick with my training.

The reason for my attitude is that I know a few people in my age that has made some serious gains on AAS/HGH in a matter of months. I got a bit envious seeing as they really don't know their way in the gym (never seen them squat, dead or row) and here I am, busting my nuts off and eating like a madman with half the gains. Sorry for being an ass, I just doesn't feel fair (I know I know, but still!).

dbol will be obvious as hell, especially to your parents. Your face will bloat up and they will know in a matter of days.


Tbol, Var, or Winny would be the best bet for being inconspicuous.
