first cycle questions????

i am taking d-bol test cypionate 250 and deca 300 im a little under 3 weeks in ... and i have a few questions is it normal to sweat a LOT more cuz i work construction and i sweat a shit load more now .... and im wodering if the cycle im on is good for toning up abs i weigh 200 lbs about 5.10 and i have some fat on my stomach i wana get rid of whats the best way?????? thanx
 
probably not the best cycle for cutting up the abs but some will say you can. the main thing is your diet has to be spot on. as said above what dosages are you running? how long for? do you have a P`C`T lined up?
 
send us your stats and well tell you
i hope your running test a lot higher than that deca

there are some that could never cut up using too much aromtizable gear even if diet was on point
 
i take 1 cc of the deca which is 300 mg and 1 cc of the test which is 250 mg i do it once a week and im gona be doin it for 10 weeks the i take 2 dbol pills right befor i work out im not sure how many MGs they are i have no P`C`T lined up at the moment cuz i dont know where to get it ... im 20 i weigh 200 lbs not sure what my body fat is im 5.10 my body fat is probably high but not super high... ill check and let you know thanx for your input
 
haha dude you should know this by now search google there are tons of great diets just be specific you should have had those specifics wrapped up already doggy

I still respectfully disagree... if you burn more cals than your intake then you lose weight.... period!!! and I was also assuming he would be running some kind of anti-e/AI but even if not my first point still stands... if he were to go on an anarexic diet and inject 4 grams of a week of an aromatizing steroid he would still not pack on fat but rather turn to skin and bones!! and I also assumed that he was under the same misconception as most newbies in the thinking that all you have to do is take some gear and you'll have six pack abs!!

his original question was what was the best way to get toned up while using gear... and that would be a clean diet and exercise... the main part of shredding up again being burning more calories than you take in... just as the opposite is true when bulking!!
 
When I was powerlifting, all I did was EAT!! any moron can lift weights. You have to dedicate your life to eating and sleeping right. You decided to take a cycle, and then didn't prepare a diet? wow
