First Cycle -Need Advice-

Ok I am 20 Years Old I have been bodybuilding for 3 years and I can't get anymore results, not even by increasing Calories or by changing my routine or Diet, I really wouldn't want to Consider using Steroids, but it is an Alternative because I really want to keep Growing, These are my Stats:
Age: 20
Height 5'9''
Weight 212 lbs
BF% 8%
Arms 18 in
Chest:50 in
Thighs 23in
Calves: 18in

For my first Cycle:
Dianabol 6 weeks - weeks 2-8 40mg ED
Test E, Frontload of 750 mgs week 1
weeks 2-5 500mgs Every week and week 6-8 350mgs
weeks 1-8 .5mgs of Arimidex I will only use depending on Sides I am expecting but I don't wish to have
weeks 1-8 1000mgs of Milk thistle
Week 10-12 PCT
5000ui's of HCG EW
Clomid 300mg week 1 ED 200mg week 2 ED 100 week 3 ED weeks
4-6 50mg
Nolvadex- 40mgs week1 ED week 2-4 20mgs

I also think about Dbol and Tren E or A

40 ED 6 weeks
75mgs EOD 8weeks

PCT same as above

or

Winstrol and TEST E
1-8 TEST E first week a front load followed by weeks 2-6 500mgs and 6-8 250-350mgs

Winny- 50mgs Pill ED or Injectable 150mgs EOD

Any Recommendations ?
4500 Cal might up to 5500 during diet. Don't want to bulk cause it might cause Fat Accumulation and production of estrogen

my diet will consist of the Following
Meal 1: 8 Egg Whites 8 oz. X-lean Steak Patty 1 cup of Oats
Meal 2: 10 oz. Chicken 2 cup 2 cups of Lettuce or veggies
Meal 3: 10 oz. Chicken 10 oz. 2 cups Veggies
Meal 4: 10 oz. BEEF cup Brocolli 2 cups
Meal 5: 10 oz. Chicken with Brocolli 2 cups
Meal 6: 50gr Casein Protein Shake

Any Advice?

I have access to all sorts of gear Except HGH or TBol
 
we have a rule on this board of no advice to those under 21. reason being it isn't wise to juice so young. consider heading over to the diet and weightlifting sections of the board and improving in those areas. at 20 there is no way you have reached a peak.

and consider supplements that are widely available out there.
 
IF those are your real stats you need to eat more. You are 18 so you wont get any roid advice here because you dont need roids. You need to learn more about diet and nutrition.
 
No way you've peaked yet,Hell you havn't finished growing yet! and you wanna mess up your body's growing and developing process? You won't get any advice from me.! start growing some common sense.
 
@Stevesmi : It's more of what I had in Mind, to tell you the truth I've been having the proper training and nutrition for 3 years almost 4 and to tell you the truth I can't bust this plateau, I ask for help or advice, I really want to find a solution

Well, they all gave you solutions... You are too young to juice, you will close your growth plates. It does not matter how long your nutrition and training have been on spot.. You dont need drugs at this juncture of your life.

Here's a universal truth, you are too young to take steroids.

Here's some soud advice, wait a few years before considering taking drugs.

Here's some more sound advice, dont be relentless by being persistant to get the advice you want to hear. Dangerous game you are playing. Wait your turn, your day will come.

You're frustrated because the solutions people gave you are not the solutions you want to hear.

Just wait bro...you will be glad later on in life. You have plenty of time.
 
go get a full physical and blood work drawn up. Ask for everything to be run or do some research but get full blood count, full hormone panel and full vitamin/mineral panel done.

do a complete 100% log of everything you eat drink. take pics and post them to a thread here. In that thread log all your workouts.

Trust me if you do all that you can break through this and make gains. you will get good diet/nutrition advice as well as advice on your routine.
