Ive been doing a lot of reading for the past 8 months or so trying to learn as much as possible about steroids and what cycles are good to use for a first timer. so far ive heard a million times that a test only cycle is the way to go. now my only question is this. is 250 mg/ week enough to see gains because ive never cycled before or will it just be a waste of time?
MY cycle plan:
weeks 1-10 test E 250 mg/ week
weeks 12-16 nolva 20 mgs/ day
Diet:
3000-4000 clean calories a day
1.5 grams of protien per lb of bodyweight
and lots and lots of sleep!!!
Stats:
5'10 180lbs approx. 9% bf
age 20
training history 6 years (2 years hard)
Ok so now you know what i want to do. What kind of results can i expect if i stay spot on with diet sleep and training? also with this dose will there still be alot of bloat? feel free to offer advise on any changes you would make. my goal is to keep 10-15 lbs off this cycle. thanks for any help.
