Some strength stats so far
bench - 225 x 5 ------ 225 x 12
deadlift - 225 x 10 ---- 245 x 10
squat - 245 x 6 ------- 275 6
DB military - 75 x 8 --- 80 x 9
Couple questions bros....
#1 Traps. They have gotten bigger, but my gf says they are getting too big. I want wider lats, not a thicker back. I like deadlifts for strength though, what back exercises/routine should i be doing?
#2 Legs. I like legs but I dont want massive quads. I just want them to be super strong. Not huge though. I do squats and touch my ass on a bench thing that is exactly 12 inches high off the ground (I think that is deep enough). I do heavy weight, but i do that for strength not size. What should i be doing for strength, but not so much size?
Gotta go get a 50g whey in real fast
