first cycle; little advice for a little pussy

to whom it may concern (or who wants to help)

I am looking for advice on my first cycle
stats:
age: 22
weight 165lb
bench 195x5
deadlift 275x5
squat 335x5
training history: 2 years
body fat % 10-15 (been a while since i was checked)
diet: very strict

So I am starting my first cycle in about 2-3 months I stop drinking on new years to clean my body and liver. I plan on doing equipois and test. I have done loads of research on roids. Id say im an intermediate lifter as well as i have proper form and technique my three best friends are personal trainers and one is an avid steroid user and competitor. I'm looking to pool the information together to get a good plan because i know what works for me.

Now my question is strength or size? what should i be training for? I have done mad cow's 5x5 routine twice and have seen amazing results in strength also size but not so much. i want to know if i should be shooting for size or strength? , how often should i workout, what kinds of routines would be good? My diet is great, I have no problem waiting to go on the juice my goal is to bench 2 plates before juicing. I want to gain anywhere from 15-20lbs.

preferably I would like advice of which kinds of routines are good but any advice at all will help.

First cycle should be a single compound; usually a long ester Testosterone such as Cypionate or Enanthate. Using a single substance allows you to learn how your body responds to it, and gives you a base from which you can gauge side effects and pinpoint the cause of sides in the future.

2 years of training and only 22; you could hold off on the juice for a while.....

And don't ask "should I train for size or strength" that's a question you should be answering....

Can you post your diet/training routine/supps?

You should train natural for another year or 2, and focus on your diet. You could put up 15lbs natural if you eat more clean food,train real hard and get as much rest as possible outside of the gym. A good tip I would give you is have your protein+carbs drink post-workout, get in one small meal (e.g.banana,apple,5 tablespoons of peanut butter), and then have a 2 hour nap. You will speed your recovery and naturally boost a little growth hormone! I trained natural and very hard for the last 6 months and put up 15lbs doing this! But it's all in the food you eat!! If I could go back and not have used steroids until now then I definetly would!!

I'd be suprised if he took the advise to train naturally which is good advice so if he doesn't like stated before basic test maybe dbl to start. 3 weeks of orals isn't gonna hurt you on first cycle
 
The advice im getting is great, because im still weary to go on so young, im waiting the 2-3 months to see my gains and im going to try and add more to my diet and start legitimately gorging, I'm starting to drink almost 2 liters of milk a day and and when i cant eat anymore im eating poptarts for the calories. depending on how much i gain im going to make a decision.

and is there information on athletic training for athletes for sports like football, mma?

I am glad to hear that our little pussy is rethinking the approach and consider eating and seriously training.

Little pussy here is some insight for you from my personal situation. I have been training hard for the last 8 years before a 4 year break 7 years str8 and am 33. I am about to start a cut in a couple of weeks. I was going over what should I take and such been trying to figure it out. When it hit me I need to GET MY DIET SET! Just completely dialed I need to try different foods and different RATIOS. Man it sucks I want to just inject something and appear on muscle nad fitnees tomorrow. But man think of these things as enhancements. I will only enhance what you are already doing.

Second point if you havent hit your genetic potantial I mean you eat 5000 cals clean a day and can't grow lift hard. Then its time. So take these next 2 months like you plan to see and if you reach and if u are gonna joooooooooooooose do some test e str8 up 500 mg a week maybe split into 2. I would't any anything to it cause I just see no reason you will grow like crazy as long as you eat. The eating is tough.

Good luck I am gonna go get some pussy cause my sex drive finally popped like crazy bat shit yesterday!!!!
