First Cycle - Lean bulk cycle

Hi all first post and new to elite :)

Im looking to start my first cycle in January (summer time over here in the land of the kangaroo) which will carry me over into autumn with the intent ill then move into a PCT phase for a few months and then a cutting phase winter next year to be well cut for summer again.

Ive been training for about 4 years now, SERIOUSLY training for the last 9 months (by serious i mean a 5 day split and 4 20-30 minute cardio sessions a week for a total of 6 training days perweek). As a bit of a background story i started my training 4 years ago when i weighed 93 kilos with about 35 of that as fat (60-70 pounds) Im now a slim 67 kilos (149 pounds) with about 11-12% BF

Up until now my training goals have all been geared towards BF loss, and having lost over 50 pounds of fat i think i did a pretty good job of that, now Im ready to start packing on some LBM.

My goals are:
To gain 15 POUNDS (about 8 kilos) of lean muscle in 3-4 months, which works out at about a pound a week average.
To gain a "lean and cut" look by either dropping body fat, or maintaing current body fat but increasing mass to decrease BF%
Its important to me to avoid water retention as much as possible (i dont eat salt at all other than that naturally in my food, and i drink LOTS of water as I damn well should)
I would like to reveal my abs (theyre already partially revealed) as much as possible but then if need be i can wait until my cutting cycle)

Having done a lot of research over the last few weeks, i have come to the conclusion that i would like to do a cycle loosely based on the following:
Test (not sure of which ester, though fewer injections is better in my book since this is my first cycle)
either Tri tren or tren Ace in moderate to low dosages because of how harsh it can be to some people.



Some facts:
Age: 24
Male
Training for 4 years
BF% 11-12%
Height : 5' 11
weight: 67 kilos (149 pounds)
LBM: 59 kilos (129 pounds)
Diet:
Macros are .45 protien .40 Carbs .15 fats
2500 Cals maintanence
2800-3000 cals daily goal for bulking
I eat ONLY clean natural unprocessed foods, i dont binge and consume on average around 250-350 Gms protien/carbs daily.

Any help you guys can/want to give for my first cycle would be GREATLY appreciated.
More specifically, i would like some help in putting together my cycle in terms of mgs/day cycle length (im thinking 12 weeks) PCT, and advice in running my first cycle such as common pitfalls, Ive got my mind set on doing this, but i want to make sure i do this, the right way, first time.

Im no AAS expert at all, a total virgin on here and basically an HRT guy....so I have not the wisdom you might be looking for.....but Ill say at 24 years old, and training seriously for 9 months, shit I wouldnt touch roids....you probably still have plenty of natural potential...4 years of training age is NOTHING..and 24 years old is still prime time hormonal cocktail naturally in your body....

Train your balls off with heavy compound olympic and powerlifting movements for another few years ,with a few days of super high intensity interval training, ditch the steady state gay cardio....

I also think the vets would tell you Tren is not for a first time cycle
 
149lbs at 5' 11' I don't care what you say your diet is off key and needs to be addressed. Otherwise I predict you'll gain the weight you want off the cycle and lose it immediately afterwards. DIET is so important and people don't realize how much they can achieve by mastering this aspect of fitness before deciding to take the leap to a "quick fix". There are plenty of people on the board that will be will to give you advice. PM myself or I'm sure RADAR wouldn't mind with any questions. If you do decide to take the leap anyway which many people do because they only come here wanting to validate their actions; take a couple of weeks and do some serious research in regards to PCT and ancilleries you will need on hand to handle sides. I agree with cuthroat 100%. But if youre gonna cycle anyway, for your first time do yourself a big favor and do a Test only cycle. If you want fewer injections use Test Deconate. Good luck whatever you decide. BTW nice that you posted your stats, youre already a step ahead of the crowd.:)
 
Hey guys thanks for the quick response!

To be honest with you, as much as i would love to start a cycle if only to what in my mind would lead to (relatively) quick gains, I am very cautious about fucking with my blood chemisty especially if i can get similar albeit slower results naturally. ( im aiming for next year anyway so not like ive got a deadline)
So given that there was a unanimous agreement to stay off the gear for another couple of years, what recommendations would you make in terms of diet or even workouts to help me achieve my goals?
Would you recommend i stay with a 5 day split? would you stick with my current of doing 4 sets max weight to fail at 8-12 reps? how do you normally fit your cardio into your week? and even what kind/intensity/time of cardio would you reccomend for me?

Cutthroat, you said that my diet was completely off key, would you mind elaborating? How would you recommend i alter it? really as MUCH information in this department as you care to write would be great. I have 4 years experience worth of cutting, and next to none for bulking and although ive put in alot of solid research im still a newb, even after 4 years. Im not going to trun my nose up at advice ive asked for just kus its not what i wanted to hear.
Ill goo back to doing my own research on the topic, but again anything youd like to share or add would be greatly appreciated.

Dude check the link that Radar put up for you. I can tell you he is a fucking beast and knows this shit inside and out. He wont steer you wrong.
 
wow I skimmed over how light you are...who cares about cardio when you are that skinny...Id do a 3 day week full body workouts with primarily living in a power rack or on an olympic platform...then polish off workout with some push/pull sets of various structural exercises...or do 4 day split two upper two lower body workouts but still using primarily PL and OL movements...then eat your ass off every 3 hours like your life depends on it....5'11 149 seems like its unhealthy its so small....pound BCAAs and EFAs, drink a shake before bed, drink a shake in middle of night, if you are a pure ectomorph you might need to make yourself sick with calories and protein all day and night long to put on weight
