Hi all first post and new to elite 
Im looking to start my first cycle in January (summer time over here in the land of the kangaroo) which will carry me over into autumn with the intent ill then move into a PCT phase for a few months and then a cutting phase winter next year to be well cut for summer again.
Ive been training for about 4 years now, SERIOUSLY training for the last 9 months (by serious i mean a 5 day split and 4 20-30 minute cardio sessions a week for a total of 6 training days perweek). As a bit of a background story i started my training 4 years ago when i weighed 93 kilos with about 35 of that as fat (60-70 pounds) Im now a slim 67 kilos (149 pounds) with about 11-12% BF
Up until now my training goals have all been geared towards BF loss, and having lost over 50 pounds of fat i think i did a pretty good job of that, now Im ready to start packing on some LBM.
My goals are:
To gain 15 POUNDS (about 8 kilos) of lean muscle in 3-4 months, which works out at about a pound a week average.
To gain a "lean and cut" look by either dropping body fat, or maintaing current body fat but increasing mass to decrease BF%
Its important to me to avoid water retention as much as possible (i dont eat salt at all other than that naturally in my food, and i drink LOTS of water as I damn well should)
I would like to reveal my abs (theyre already partially revealed) as much as possible but then if need be i can wait until my cutting cycle)
Having done a lot of research over the last few weeks, i have come to the conclusion that i would like to do a cycle loosely based on the following:
Test (not sure of which ester, though fewer injections is better in my book since this is my first cycle)
either Tri tren or tren Ace in moderate to low dosages because of how harsh it can be to some people.
Some facts:
Age: 24
Male
Training for 4 years
BF% 11-12%
Height : 5' 11
weight: 67 kilos (149 pounds)
LBM: 59 kilos (129 pounds)
Diet:
Macros are .45 protien .40 Carbs .15 fats
2500 Cals maintanence
2800-3000 cals daily goal for bulking
I eat ONLY clean natural unprocessed foods, i dont binge and consume on average around 250-350 Gms protien/carbs daily.
Any help you guys can/want to give for my first cycle would be GREATLY appreciated.
More specifically, i would like some help in putting together my cycle in terms of mgs/day cycle length (im thinking 12 weeks) PCT, and advice in running my first cycle such as common pitfalls, Ive got my mind set on doing this, but i want to make sure i do this, the right way, first time.
