I have been reading thru the board quite a bit looking for some first cycle ideas, and needed some advice.
I am 27, 6'3", 195 pounds, 14-15% BF. Diet is in check, and have been working out naturally for a few years.
My main goal is go do something that is relatively safe, with minimal to no water retention, and something that will help me gain LEAN mass, that I will be able to keep post cycle. I am looking to put on around 10-15 pounds at the most (lean).
In looking thru the boards, it seems like the sus/winny combination is pretty popular. Would you recommend this for my first cycle?
If you recommend something else, could you please include the length and doseages?
