I didn;t see that you said 250 twice a week. Thats fine. 500 at once will be painful though.

Boy, Nelson, you weren't kidding. My poor glute sure didn't like 2cc of Sustanon at one time. It's rather angry with me right now.

I'd rather split it up into 2 pins instead. From now on, each glute gets 1cc on the same day.
