First cycle, first forum post.

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum / section. Not very "forum savvy" other than the occasional car repair forum.

Planning to try first cycle. 200mg test/200mg EQ X2 per week. Arimidex on hand for PCT.

25yrs old, 162lbs, not sure of BF%, fairly lean, little stubborn fat around love handle area and lower chest (Was VERY overweight through teens) Just looking to lean out and break some plateaus. Been working out many years, run a few times per week, prefer body weight functional exercise (pull-ups with gallons of water on me, push ups ext), but also have a bench in the Apt that i use frequently. Eat as earth grown as possible, but also on a budget. Planning an endurance race a few weeks out. Stuff is coming from a trusted friend. Had some gyno as a teen from medications. My main questions, is my PCT enough? If I'm planning a 12+mile obstacle race a couples weeks after the cycles start should I wait? Or will I avoid cramping up because I'm used to running?

my definition of fairly lean: 5'11 162 told i'm skinny, but have a defined chest, obvious 8 pack, just a little stubborn fat.
 
An 8 pack huh? You don't want to run eq for your first cycle you don't give much of a plan and you need more pct. how long do you plan on running a cycle? And to be honest man you don't sound like you have a good base for aas you have a lot of room to grow naturally
 
I mean, you can see my upper and lower abs. I'm not shreded. 12 wks. And your right, I could grow more naturally I'm sure. I've made the gains I want over the last 5-6 years, looking to try something new. I've never been one to pound the muscle milk and whey and bench press every day. However, I wanted to try a cycle. Why no EQ?
 
For one you need to run it at 16 weeks, second you want something lean eq is a bulk, third we recommended a test only cycle your first go around to know how you respond honestly if you work out in your apt that might be why your not growing,,, you need more equipment and get a good training split
 
I don't mean to be negative man just trying to help you out, stick around on the forum a lot of good people and tons of knowledge on here. I suggest make a thread in the diet section post an average day of eating list your foods and put your total calories, protein, carbs, and fat intake for the day and we can tweak it to really help you grow and if you want post in the weight training section your current workout routine and we can do the same.
 
you are 5'11, 162 and have an 8 pack? I know a few 200+ pounds women that have big boobs.. if you get what I am saying. Post a pic of your physique so I can get a better representation of your physique and your base. I have a hunch that the final verdict for you is going to be better diet and not steroids.

prove me wrong.
