First cycle critique

I am currently 20 and this will be my first cycle. I have been training for about 1.5 years with poor results. I am going to avoid posting my current stats to avoid flames, so let's just say that I'm an endomorph tired of being skinny-fat. I am looking to add 15-20 lbs of solid muscle and then drop a few pounds of fat. I expect to blow up pretty quick as I am nowhere near my genetic potential, so I have decided not to frontload. I know combination bulk/cut cycles are generally frowned upon, but chances are that this will be my only cycle. Calories will be a clean 3500 during the first 6 weeks, then 2500 the last 6, each divided into 6 meals daily. Post-cycle I will maintain at 3000 calories. I will attempt to increase insulin sensitivity by manipulating diet via John Berardi style. A rough sample of my diet is posted below. Drugs with a short half-lives, i.e. Dbol, will be taken in divided dosages.

Personally, I don't think you have lifted long enough to bgin with AS. You really need to concentrate more on your diet. If you have worked out for 1.5 yrs and have had poor results. You must be doing something wrong. You need to work on the diet Kick the carbs up to aroung 500 a day plus keep your protein were it is. Once you get your diet down and consistant and then you are not making as good of gains then I would try some AS. Just remember AS is not going to make up for poor diet or training it will be just wasting your money. Thats just my opinion though.
 
why not start the clomid on week 15?
also what about some hcg with the clomid?
It is my understanding that the Sustanon would not completely clear the system until at least 3 weeks after the last injection? As for the HCG, I've heard more bad than good about it.

Thank you for your comments, but this is precisely what I was trying to avoid. You are absolutely right that diet is the problem. Whenever I up my calories I gain too much fat, which in turn is difficult for me to lose with my slow metabolism. What I lack in diet I certainly make up for in training intensity. Having said that, and with no disrepect, I asked for a critique of my CYCLE, not a lecture.

Did I forget to mention that I have no desire to be anywhere near my genetic potential? I have set personal goals as to what I think will allow me to look and feel good -- I just see using AAS as a tool to help me reach these goals.

All I am saying is that if your diet is not where it should be, you are not going to get the results you think from the AS.
 
the test winny and dbol and less estrogen from the armidex will speed up your metabolism greatly. Do basically what Diesel say and eat your nuts off or u will have piss poor results
