First Cycle Advice

It's not that they are together, It's the T3 itself. It messes with your thyroid and in your situation its not really worth it to take that risk when you can do it without.
 
How would you suggest I use the clen? I had a guy email me and tell me to take 4 tabs under my tounge 15 mins before I would work out.

sorry couldn't get back to u sooner.. i have been busy..
i ate 7-8 meals a day
meal 1 oatmeal with some blueberries and splenda.. 9-10 egg whites
meal 2- light mrp
meal 3 - chicken and brown rice
meal 4- chicken and brown rice
meal 5- light mrp
meal 6/7, chicken and brown rice
meal 7/ 8 - chicken and lettuce (last meal of day)

pretty simple. drank at least 2 gal. water/ ed was on thermorexin for a few weeks before clen, then was on 1 week on 1 week off... only did clen about 3 weeks total of that diet... im going to run the clen and trex throughout (clen 2 weeks on 2 off) for my next contest.. and if i need an extra kick, i might go use some low dose t3
 
Thanks man that doesn't look to hard to follow at all, how many calories would you say that was? I have been trying to stay at about 2500 a day.
 
Hi, another newbie here, same aims - to lose fat and build muscle, on 12 week cycle. I'm on 500 sus and 400 deca, plus very strict diet - cut the carbs right back, but plenty of protein and loads of water. It's start of week 3 for me, strength is up a lot, fat coming off well, weight is down 13lbs. Oh and my most important lesson from last week - if you're gonna inject, be really careful to pull it out straight, not bent, I didnt realise how much I was pulling the needle sideways. Hope this helps.

no its wasn't hard... just preparing the meals is the thing... calories probably around 2000- 2200. I did lose muscle since i wasn;t eating that much and I did a lot of cardio the last few weeks of my diet.. didn't compete since school work was way too much to handling, and also practice for the show.
 
I couldn't agree more with the people who posted "work hard first...." ....dude you have "been training for three months....." THREE MONTHS !!! are you kidding...you need 18-20 months in the gym working hard and sweating like crazy....eating , drinking and sleeping right. Then when you have exausted your natural gains then get back to the board and start asking questions........also...while you are training for the next 12 months you can read a couple books on what and how and when to stat with the gear.
Nothing personal but ...you need to exaust your body first if you expect to keep any gains after the gear is gone. I think if you start shooting now you will loose weight...you will look good this summer...and this time next year you will be right back where you started,,,weak, and overweight.
Don't take it personal.
 
Sweed, how much of the thermorexin should I buy? Also, do you suggest anything else? Maybe something that blocks carbs, I was reading about something from the AF store that burns the excess carbs or something to that extent.
