First Cycle Advice

Hey everyone I am new to this forum and I am about to start my first cycle. I want to lose about 30 pounds in the next 12 weeks. This is what I have been thinking about taking, please tell me if you can if I am correct and it will help me achieve my goals. Clenbutoral and Cytomel t-3 for 5 weeks and 8 week cycle of sustanon. I want to lose as much fat as possible and continue to put on as much lean muscle mass as possible while losing the fat. Thanks if you would suggest something please do so.
 
How bout some stats bro ? How long you been training ? Whats the diet like ? Personally, I would diet down naturally with maybe some Clen-E/C/A or Thermorexin and try to shed that un-wanted body fat, then hit your cycle if you are ready to do so.

I am 23 years old 6'2 230 19% body fat I have just started getting back into serious weight lifting about three months ago. I was really into for 4 years but I tore my shoulder my senior year in baseball and started partying to much. So this why I am asking for advice.
 
The only thing I would use in my first cycle would be test at 500mg's a week and maybe some deca thrown in for good measure. Why fuck with your thyroid when you want to lose 30 pounds (If you're that overweight there are many things you can do before t3)? If you were getting ready for a show and more experienced then by all means tear it up with the t3.
 
loose the weight naturally... i lost 35 last summer on contest diet, I used Thermorexin and a little bit of clen. i ate super clean though and did cardio the last few weeks.

I would just eat properly and work out properly. At 19% body fat you have not shown that you are willing to do what it takes to be healthy. Keep working out and eating right. AAS are not magic. I seriously doubt with 500mgs of test, clen etc you will lose 30lbs in 3 months. Prove to yourself you can do it on your own. Then think about using AAS.
 
Thanks for all the advice fella's, also if you dont mind me asking why is it so bad to put the clen and T-3 together when I start off? Sorry, I am new to all of this and I am just trying to find out as much info as possible by people that know what they are talking about!
