First cycle advice, yep another 1

Hey everyone, I'm planning on embarking on my first cycle in the not to distant future and I was hoping to get some advice. I've already received advice from a mate but his idea of a first cycle seemed a little "full on".

Stats are
Age: 26
Height : 176cm
Current weight: 90kgs
Body fat: 18/20%
Training history: 6 years (3 general fitness, 3 aimed at building mass)

Goals are to gain mass, 100kg is my overall target. Not overly concerned with cutting yet as I want to add some mass first.

Need advice on cycle as well as pct if possible,

Bodyfat is way too high to do a "bulking" cycle, do a 8-10 weeks cut before cycling and ull be much happier with the results

Youd probabaly have most ppl here tell you to do a test only as first cycle BUT theyd also tell you go get your bf lowered first 15 min before you start...
Also apparently some ppl on here.dont like the word.mate so careful with that lol

Get your BF down. This shows that you do not have your diet in check. Get that in check first so you can gain the most results from your cycle.

Next research compounds that you find interesting. Mainly look at test e and a few orals.

Do some more research. Try to set up a cycle and then we will critique it. This includes pct, on cycle support supps, diet, training schedule, ais, prolactin control (if running a 19 nor but you better not suggest that for your first) etc. There are a lot of things that go into cycling. The juice is the easy part to figure out.

This site is as much about learning how to cycle properly as well as getting the best advice on this subject.

Think about it like doing homework or taking an exam and we are your professor.
 
Might seem a little naive but what do you mean by setup?? As in what I plan on taking? The advice I was given was to run a 15 week cycle of sust decca and tren, but after doing some scoping on here I'm not so sure about that idea, I'm leaning towards a 12 week test cycle now as it seems the safest and most recommended first time cycle. But which test and at what dosage would be best and as for pct I have access to arimadex as well as nolva and clomid.
 
Thanks guys, I hit send on that last reply before reading all the posts, ill use the time it takes to get my BF down to do more research. On a side note I'm a shift worker who rotates days/nights so if anyone knows any good articles on training nutrition cycling for shift workers I'd really appreciate that too! Thanks again everyone

Your first concern should be learning to eat properly. Even on a bulker you need to eat good foods to add muscle. If you eat shit you will only gain fat. Once you have your diet in check then run a test e cycle. Your pct is way off. This is a solid pct for a 12 week test cycle.

Your stats are no where even in the ballpark of being good enough to consider a cycle, but go to the diet forum and you will learn....better yet post your diet.....also the whoever recmmended this cycle above is a freakin retard....

In what way are they "not in the ballpark"? Other than reducing the body fat what else should I be aiming for before I consider a cycle? Also I just noticed my age is 24 not 26.

Also, pretty spot on about my diet it could definitely use some work. A quick run down of what it looks like on a normal day

Wakeup at 4:30am: 1/2 cup oats, banana, 40g protein (blended as shake)

Arrive at work 6:30/7am: 200g turkey mince 1 cup rice

1st snack (while working) 9/9:30am: piece of fruit 40g protein shake

Lunch 12:00pm: chicken breast, roughly 200g broccoli

2nd snack (whilst working)3/4pm: chicken breast mixed salad

Finish work 7/7:30pm: 40g protein shake

Arrive home 9/9:30: depends on day usually chicken breast and beans or broccoli.

As you can see I work long hours, 12,5 hour shifts with a 2 hour commute to and from work.

The roster I work also rotates days/nights I've been trying to eat the same on the night shift as the day shift as I figure calorie expenditure would be similar. I also because of the long hours and commute time can't train on day shifts (gym closes before I get home and lack of sleep) however I do squeeze the odd session in between night shifts.

Let me know what you guys think??

Yikes definately do not want to do that your first go around.

Only just read your stats properly, I'm the same height but 103kg @ 13% bf and I'm 22 with 2yrs bodybuilding. Defs need to get ur diet in check first and think about wat u want to achieve from this cycle, from ur stats u would only be about 75-78kg lean (4-7%)
 
I despise the people that throw the "I'm
Bulking card" or the " I just want to gain mass"

What's your goal? The blob or a lean muscular physique?
The body is most anabolic under 15% BF optimal 10-12% that is bulking.
Bulking isn't getting to 20% body fat so you can hit the 220lb/100kg mark
 
end goal is 100kg, but like you said not at 20% bf. based on all of the info and responses i have gotten i am going to focus on getting my body fat down to 15% before i start trying to put the kgs on,

Your BF is too high for a guy your size.

I read what you eat and it seems very minimal, transaltion you're not eating enough and you may be catabolic...

How would you suggest I improve it EZ? Just increase the amount of clean food? is there any foods i should focus on?
 
I'm 175cm 82kg 11-12% BF on cycle
My daily intake is something similar to this most days.

(current afternoon shift at work)

6am protein shake 35g protein
1 large banana, blues berries and raspberries about 80g half a mango

Sleep

10:30 am
8 egg whites 2 whole eggs 2 slices of toast protein bar
11:30 am training with intra workout carbs - waxy maize mixed with powerade About 80g carbs total.

1:00pm Protein bar, protein shake banana

2:00pm
Beging work
3:30pm sandwich 80g ham 2 slices of cheese glass of milk

5:30/6:00pm
Bowl of pasta mixed with either 150g tuna/ham or turkey breast.

8-9:00pm protein shake 40g protein with my coffee lol

11:30pm 2 serves of quick oats which is about 56g carbs 15g protein 8g fat

1:00am Tasmanian Salmon
Broccoli cauliflower carrots.


I've been gainin quality mass thus far. It's a little rough around the edges I know.

9 times a day I'll eat

Wow that's quite often. Still that's what my Diet is like at my size BF %
 
What do you think of this any better?

4:30am: Blended in a shake-large banana, mixed berries, yogurt (natural no additives), glass of milk, 40g protein, flax seeds

6:30am: 300g turkey and rice

9:00-9:30: lean meat sandwich (usually turkey) half avocado, tomato, 2 slice of cheese, apple and 40g shake

12:00: 200g chicken breast (coated in quinoa), 200g broccoli

2:30-3:00: 2 pieces of fruit, 40g shake

5:00: 250g lean red meat and veggies (usually broccoli or beans)

7:30: 200g chicken breast and veggies

9:30: 40g shake on milk
