Hey everyone, I'm planning on embarking on my first cycle in the not to distant future and I was hoping to get some advice. I've already received advice from a mate but his idea of a first cycle seemed a little "full on".
Stats are
Age: 26
Height : 176cm
Current weight: 90kgs
Body fat: 18/20%
Training history: 6 years (3 general fitness, 3 aimed at building mass)
Goals are to gain mass, 100kg is my overall target. Not overly concerned with cutting yet as I want to add some mass first.
Need advice on cycle as well as pct if possible,
