First cycle 38 years old

Hello everyone. I needed some advice of course. I am 38 yrs 6'2 225 lbs about 13% BF. I have been lifting weights for many years on and off. Over the last 3 years I have completely transformed my physique. I went from 310 lbs 37% bf to where I am now 225, 13% bf. I would really like to drop to 7% BF without sacrificing muscle maybe even getting bigger measurements. So I went to my dr and had my test levels check and they are 303. Of course he said I fall within the normal range. I disagree, so I am starting a 10 week Test cyp only cycle 400mg/wk. Pinning 2x a week. Nolva on hand and .25 arimidex ed. Clomid as Pct beginning week 13. My biggest fear is bloating or getting fatter. I weight train with intensity abou 6 days a week (I cant get myself to take a day off, but I do rest different muscle parts).I run about 25 miles per week and I carb cycle, proteins at 350g to 400g per day and I eat about 3500 kcals/day. Any feedback will be highly appreciated to help me run this cycle safely and reach my goals.

Looks like you did your research. Everything looks good. Id run the clomid 100/100/50/50. I always like to use hcg throught my cycles to ease the recovery process of ur HPTA as well. 250-500iu 2x a week.for a light cycle like this.
 
Well you definately were smart for waiting it out.

Here are some tips for your next part of your adventure.

1)Drop the excessive running!!!!! You can do some HIT cardio but I guarantee if you keep running 25 miles a week you will not make any gains while on cycle except maybe for some more fat loss......but building more muscle burns more fat and looks a lot better. Plus when you come off cycle You will wish that you would of tried to make muscle gains instead because if you think about it if you go on cycle with the same muscle mass and keep running and just diet off the fat and come off you will end up loosing muscle from cycling.

2) Do not use nolva!!!!! IT will make you feel like complete horse shit!!!!!!!!! Put it in the trash and never touch it again.

3) Your PCT needs a little bit more than clomid IMO. I will lay out a cycle in a minute.

4) Try to stick to a 5 day split or a 4 day split for lifting. Something like

Tuesday Legs
Wednesday Shoulders
Thursday Back
friday Arms

or

Monday
Shoulders Tri
Tuesday
Back
Wednesday
Calf Abs
Thursday

texas gave you some great advice but i completely 100% disagree you can't make gains running as you are... I run 60-70 miles a week on cycle and continually make gains... its about how you eat that will determine how you are proportioned... you most definitely can do cardio and still make gains...

take nolva and throw it in the trash... its complete garbage...

here's a good plan for you...

I ran my first cycle when I was 37. 400mg test/ew and winny 50mg/ed for the last six weeks. Winny was really hard on my joints (mostly knees), which made running almost impossible. I ended up dropping it after four weeks. Next cycle I ran var and loved it, so for me var over winny every time. Everyone is different though, you might be just fine with winstrol.

My next cycle I kept the test also at 400mg/ew since I had good results from the first one. I ran the test for 12 weeks and added var weeks 8-13 50mg/ed. I gained 18lbs and kept 12 after PCT. The var gave me great strenght gaines and I dropped 5% in body fat (14% at the beginning to 9% at the end of PCT). I liked it a lot. Make sure to run liver and colesterol supps, N2guard should cover it. I used R-ALA, NAC, Howthorne Berry, Liv-52 and fish oil since N2guard was not available then.
 
good doses of winstrol are 50 mg day... with anavar, i usually run it 60 mg for 4 weeks and then 80 mg the last 2 weeks...
 
Rough night last night. I am on my second week of test cypionate cycle 500mgs/wk and for some reason I was not able to sleep and peed like 7 times in the middle of the night. Can someone relate or shed some light? Also I was feeling a little tightness around my testicles. Does that happen when shutting down? Before I went to bed I weighed 230lbs (normally 224). When I woke up I was 223 (definitely water weight). Any feedback appreciated, thanks.
 
Is this the first night you had to pee this much? Are you drinking a lot of water every day? Are you running an AI? As far as the tightness, I had some pain first few cycles when I got shut down, but when I would run HCG couple of times a week the pain went away.

Yes I usually pee 2x a night. But this was bad. I am running liquidex .25 eod . Looking to start hcg week 5.
 
Just wanted you all to know I am on my third week. Gains are slightly coming in and I feel bigger and leaner . It feels awesome. Any of the issyes I had was just my body adjusting. Before starting I was able to deadlift 425lbs only once, Yesterday I was able to squeeze out 3. My goal is to get to 600lbs. Thank you all for the advice so far. I am planning to add anavar in for week 7-12.

Your body is reacting Or should i say getting used to the hormones, everything pops into overdrive when you're in an anabolic state, your sleeps patterns should level out soon.

you have insomnia from high blood pressure.

you need to be on an AI and you need to be on n2guard or some type of support supplements.

Yeah you are right. I am taking Arimidex. My blood pressure has stabilized now. I am no longer suffering from the lack of sleep. I also take some supportive supps such as fishoil, milk thistle, and multivitamin. I will look at n2guard. Thanks again. I feel great, what surprises me is that it seems like I am not only gaining muscle. But I am really leaning out too.
 
I would like to comment on what's happening in my cycle and get some advice. I am on my 6 th week So far and I have gained 15 lbs since the start. My strength is coming in now. I look great, bloated but not fat. I have a thick appearance. I am about 240 lbs. bf at 13% I love it right now. I just began taking anavar 60Mg Ed, 3x a day. My diet consists of 3500 kcals and I carb cycle 3days high 4 days low. liquidex at .25 Mg eod. Hoping to drop bf and end cycle at 10 Weeks for test and week 12 for var. What should I expect to see from the VAR?

strength increase, muscle hardening, vascularity... your ai is not being dosed high enough and that's why your holding water... run arimidex at .5mg eod...
