Well im 23 years old, been lifting for bout 4 years consistently. My diet will be pretty much stay the same as it is now which is I eat roughly around 4 times a day with protein 2 hours after breakfast, and right after training. bout 40g each shake. i want to put on quality mass, but with lean results. I weight roughly at about 190 lbs, at 6 foot. eat fish and chicken and thats ALL pretty much other than brown rice and veggies. Breakfast is either protein shake in my cereal, or bout 5 egg whites and one whole egg. My family does have HDL/LDL problems in out genetics. My pops was a bodybuilder and lifted for the first 30 years of his life, hes really my insperation, except he didnt gear up haha. He had a heart attack at age 55 but was very mild, he actually walked out to the ambulance, he just knew somethin was up. His LDL is high and HDL was low, so i need to watch my self! i did winstrol by its self you think that could have had some negative effects on me when ran by itsself? or do you mean winstrol with prop is bad news for HDL/LDL? i want to run my anavar with the test just because my buddy takin the same prop as i will, and hes bloatin up!! haha, any suggestions for what to run with prop and var, to minimize water retention, and possible est. problems?
