thanks to all you guys, i cant express my appreciation for people that actually have the decency to spend there time to help others. so now i just have to think about running the prop by its self or with the winney or the var. Either way it seems pretty mild but DEFF! a good start that will probably humble the shit out of me. Im thinkin more along the lines of the var though because this winney i used actually didnt cut me up as much as i expected, actually it was quiet wierd, actually packed 11 pounds (prob due to diet) on and kept roughly around 7 of it. Did see a some deffinition change, but very mild seemed to retain some water.my abs deff did improve though.which do you believe would be optimum for cutting? more along the lines of anavar with the prop? I plan on restricting my diet accordingly, with lots of cardio implemented into my daily routine.
I currently lift monday through friday, and run 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes and also on sundays.

Monday:Chest, tap out tries
Tuesday:back tap out bies
Wednesday:quads and calves
thursday:Hams and shoulders
Friday: bies and tries.
abs 3-4 times a week with cardio 3-4 times a week, counting sunday.
