finally some updates

these were taken last night with my new digital cam,Im 5'6 190,bf% fuck if I know,to high,but I still plan to start a cycle around the first and bulk up again to about 215 but a clean bulk hopefully
anyway here they are,dont mind the bad posing

nice work man. you got any full sized pics?
just curious as to what a 190lber at 5'6 looks like (and to see the wheels).
 
Ill retake a pic of the wheels since the flash in the one I have washed out any definition, and I will take a full sized when I retake that,prob tomorrow
 
You have a decent foundation started. How long have you been training?
 
serious training about 3 years,but been tinkering around for 2 more on top of that trying to get form and such down

I guess they are real bad since nobody wants to say anything, my goals now are to bulk,bring chest,bi's and hammies up

thanks guys,Im really looking to add quality muscle and drop some bf in the next little while,but I just lost my job and cant afford food now,so my cycle wont start untilI have a secure job

id really like more opinions on this as it seems as im the blob according to the guys at steroidology
 
well i'll be honest since that's what you seem to want.
first of all i would DROP weight instead of bulking to 215, since your bf is, IMO, through the roof, to such an extent even that your workout history does not show in your physique at all.
second, i know you've done a cycle before and have gotten shit for that on EF, but i strongly advise you not to run a second one for at least a good while. but that is of course your own choice.

having said that, not trying to be a dick, just my observations.

I know im not looking my best,thats for sure ,but I think following AAP's diet he shared with me I can bulk and lose bf,I wont get to 215 but maybe add 5lbs of muscle and drop bf quite a bit
 
i would say bf is in the high teens, but at 5'6" if you carry the same bf% as someone who is a bit taller you will look chubbier because your shorter

truthfully Id focus on traps, shoulders, and lats, if you make those bigger the rest will usually fall into play
 
Honestly Oak, you are on the right path but since I believe cycles should only be run when your natural potential is maxed out, I would hold off on the juice for a few years and focus on building a consistent diet/training regimen. I think you have lots of natural potential left to develop before you start thinking about juicing, IMHO.
 
thanks guys,Ive taken a big step back and decided to cut up for a month or so and then pick up on a clean bulk from there and then have my goal to be 200 as opposed to 215,but a nicer leaner 200
 
Honestly, I think your best bet would be to back down for a couple months. Your BF is pretty high now, and unless your next cycle is Tren, Winny, and Anavar...you're going to pick up even more BF. Like some others have posted, your BF is so high that you really dont have any definition. It's obvious that you have some substantial size, but you need it to be quality before quantity or you'll never lose the fat. Just my 2 cents!
 
ya that could work also,Im thinking diet for a month -two and then start cycle and bulk again but a leaner bulk for sure, the cycle is already here its just when I choose to implement it,either way the cutting phase before is going to be about 2000-2500k and hardcore cardio ed 30mins on the bike
 
Looking solid bud! If it was me personally I would start dieting down a little and drop some of the unwanted body fat. Just get an E/C/A and start doing cardio 4-5 times a week for 25-30 min at a moderate pace. I personally never change my routine style if I am "bulking" or "cuting" I always stick to a normal 5x5 routine of heavy weights and lower reps but when dieting I take less time between sets. Make sure you have a clean diet of complex carbs and high protein, try to avoid fast foods and simple carbs. Instead of the bike, try the treadmill, 10X better IMHO! I never try to add muscle and lose body fat at the same time, I belive you should put 100% focus on 1 or the other and really attack it. After you are at a desired body fat % then hit up your cycle and add on that mass. Don't forget your diet as it is by far the most important factor in achiving your goals :) Good luck buddy and if you have any questions I'd be happy to try and help you out

thanks mustang, Ill def get at that cardio once school starts next week, at home all I have is a crappy old bike so it would probably be best to wait till then
 
def focus on cutting for the next few months bro, get as lean as you can then hit it hard... get those core lifts up as high as possible too

I got a new digital cam with better lighting so I dont look red,do I look any lower in bf here? the other abs shot loosk horrid in compairison

you have some nice size for a guy your height. you need to work on reducing the bf though. i gotta ask, what is with the back acne? is that from test?

I'm gonna be honest unlike most of the people here. you really need to look into making your diet a lot better. You honestly looked better in the before pics. All i notice is thet gained way more fat. Start eating better and start training naturally. Nobody needs to be juicing just to put hella fat on. 19 ? you could have a lot of potential that you aren't aware of with a good diet.........goodluck bro

been dieting down alot bro,these pics are from christmas,made some progress since then,and I agree my diet has sucked I never did clean bulks ,just eat so much that I grow,didnt care about bf%,I got new pics floating around somewhere from about 3 weeks ago

goodluck man with the dieting, like i said, you could have a lot of potential with a good diet. looks like you put weight on easy that could work to your benefit. Clean bulk diet baby ! sorry if i was a jerk in the last reply, i edited it, peace
 
no not a jerk at all man,take a look a bit down the page if your interested in my progress,its def been a diet issue,mainly where I didnt give a shit,you were spot on with your reply,in the progress pics i am same weight with much less bf,so diet is coming together

Good foundation.. I agree with Sagat.. I think you do cut and diet for a while. You can't gain weight and loose bf at the same..as you know, to gain weight you need to take in more calls than expended... to loose bf need to take in less cals than u use during the day. you got to do one or the other... Good Luck.. Everything takes time brother!
 
further down the page is my updated thread,latest pics were from a few weeks ago,so check out that thread for the progress Ive made,Im about to start bulking again I think since I got sick and lost a bit of size,I also wanted to bulk again before I cut up for the show in november

suprisingly I keep weight the same and dropped bf until I got sick
