Thank! Well I am 223# right now. I may be a little under 218# when I dry out but I promise the results will be good. I am on 1875mg total so that is a good dose to be sure! Not proud of it but it seems to be what it takes.

Ys I have been asked that many times. I tell them no, great genetics! Its pretty lean. 4mm skin fold. Some water. Still striated just not crisp yet.
