finally had surgery today

well its over,checked in the hospital at 5:30,had some kind of implant/cage put around L-5,and checked out 3pm.its amazing what the docs can do these days,they cut me just right of the adams apple and moved everything over to get to my spine.its a bit painfull but i got a big jug of lortabs to help with pain.in 4-6 weeks i should be hammering the iron again.

thanks for the support guys,btw i am already huge.a huge LARD ASS,packed on about 15 pounds of lard over the last 3 months of no work,no gym.i have my work cut out for me,that means im gona have to loose at least 25 pounds before i even start my bulk cycle.i see a ketosess diet in the near future.

i didnt have to have it fused they now have some sort of titanium screw insert or somthing,im kinda curious to see the x ray to see what the little booger looks like.anyway i had a herniated disk that was pinching a nerve it caused severe pain and numbness,so the implant raises the gap and no more pinched nerve.the worst part of it is it caused weakness in my left arm,tri witch has caused a verry noticable difference in muscle mass on the left side,i went from benching 330 for 4-6 reps and i doubt i could do 225 for one now.gona hit the dumbells and try to even back out.btw longball did they go in through the front or back?

oc,damn must be nice.i got a jug of 100 lortab 10/500 i had surgery fri 8th.wasnt in alot of pain till this morning,woke up and had that deep soreness with alot of pain.i downed 3 tabs and feelin a little better,i will swap you some tabs for some oc`s lol
