This is like the 3d try on doing front squats. Before I was holding the bar wrong or something and it was sliding off, but today I got it nicely into the pocket. I have to wiggle around a lot to get it behind the lateral delt and seated on the clavicle without choking me. Well, it choked me a little, but I can deal with that.
Got up to 2 sets of 140x4. Not much weight but good for a first time. It felt good too. Quads are hurting now.
Right one hurts a lot more than the left, not sure why. Maybe I favor my left since my left knee hurts on squats.
