I recently hired a IFBB pro bodybuilder who is in my town to train me and get me ready for my first show next year. I'm learning so much information that I thought I already knew. I found out that my form on my bench and dbell flyes were all wrong when trying to target the chest. His main goal for me now is to bring up my legs to match my upper body. and so far it is going great!! As far as my uppper body, he is keeping my reps to 12 each set. My legs he is telling me to keep my reps at 20 reps per set. And let me tell you, his quad workout and hamstring workouts are absolutely brutal. He is teaching me about site injections and how to bring up a lagging bodypart by adding scar tissue to the area that needs to be brought up. I started taking all my injections in my left quad about 3 weeks ago, and it has already made a difference. The cycle he came up for me for the next 8 weeks is the following.
week 1 750 mg omnadren every week: M,W,F; and 400 mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - ew M,F
20 mg Turanabol M-F, 4 ius human growth hormone - somatropin - M-F, and IGFLR3 50 mcg M-F
week 2 750 mg omnadren ew: M,W,F; and 600 mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - M,W, F; and 75 mg of TRitren 150 mg/ml on M and 150 mg Tritren on W
20 mg Turanabol M-F , 4 ius HGH M-F; and IGFLR3 50 mcg M-F
week3 1000 mg omnadren M,W,F; and 600 mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - M,W,F; and 150 mg of TRitren on M and F; 30 mg Turanabol M-F, 4ius HGH M-F; and 50 mcg of IGFLR3 M-F
week 4 1250 mg omnadren ew, 600 mg Deca-Durabolin - nandrolone decanoate - ew, 375 mg Tritren ew, 50 mg Turanabol M-F; 4 ius HGH M-F; and 50 mcg of IGFLR3 M-F

He's going to adjust the cycle depending on how I look after week 4.
This is the first time i've run 2 nandrolones together, so we will see how that goes.
He's totally changed my diet around, basically about doubling my food and protein intake, up to 7 meals a day. Its hard to eat all this food, and expensive. What I can't eat, I drink in a shake. He's teaching me how to pose and put a routine together also. And whatever show I do decide to do next year, he travels with you to the show to monitor everything such as dieretics, electrolytes, water, etc. I cant wait to see what progress I make before next fall.. He is a big believer in doing short cycles like 8 weeks, then taking 3 weeks off except for about 750 mg of test, and then doing another bulker for another 8 weeks. I"ll keep you posted how things go as time goes by. I already look amazing 2 weeks into this. Wish me luck..
