That veries from individual to individual. Does it feel like enough time & caloric intake? If you feel flat & weak then it's probably not working for you, otherwise I'd say keep doing what works for your schedule. Personally I need at least two meals with aminos and livers in my system for optimal performance. Just my $.02

you dont have a clue what you're doing!
 
Cardio AFTER training. Use all of your carb stores for muscular (anaerobic) training. So, when you do your cardio (aerobic) training, your body will need to tap into your fat stores for energy.
 
When you guys do cardio in the morning on an empty stomach, do you recommend a "completely" empty stomach, or have some protein, then cardio. I usually have some whey in water, then do my cardio. Would skipping the protein give me better results?

well im 5'7" now 214 1/2 at 10.4 bf with 19 inch arms-53 inch chest-32 inch waist and dropping and 27 1/2 quads been training for 22 years --but no- i have no idea what im doing your right satch-

Is this post in jest? I said lift first, then cardio...unless you're doing the most optimal thing of AM cardio + evening lifting. If they're in the same session, weights THEN cardio. There, 3rd time I've posted it in this thread; I hope there's no more confusion.
