also i would like to reiterate something..i hope nobody thinks i'm trying to tell them that this would be something for pre contest..

just for people who like the aesthetic properties of being lean and ripped..i dont compete..and i never will....but i know i go to the gym and feel confident that i look better than most guys in there...will i ever win a bb contest? hell no..i dont wanna be 3% bf...i dont want onion skin...

So again, this diet is just for those wanting to lean out for aesthetic personal reasons only..not for competition..

again, i want to say that DURING this DIET I didnt take anything but george's phenyltropic PPA and flax seed oil and a multivitamin..

this is what you could achieve with the proper training and diet during your add muscle cut fat cycle...

but regardless of drugs..your diet and training should be very precise...if you want to gain muscle while losing fat, stay away from cardio! just cut cals and traing anaerobically at VERY HIGH INTENSITY...

Im going to start this diet in 3 weeks. I really want to do morning-cardio but I hear you dont recommend it. Is there anyway around it as I find that to be most effective for me?
 
well everybody is different...i just lose too much muscle with cardio combined with cutting calories...but its a personal judgement call.

I dont recommend it based on my personal experience with muscle loss..what works best for me, may not work for you.

But start out with just cutting calories and high intensity training and see how far it takes you..then after a few weeks (like a month or month and a half) you might notice a decrease in fat loss..thats when you "plateau" and should incorporate cardio.

I never plateau so it works out fine for me...the reason being is that I never get higher than 9% bf so after about 6-8 weeks i always reach my goal BEFORE my body plateaus
