well if you think about it..i ate six cheeseburgers a day, with two slices of whole wheat bread with each burger for a total of 4 slices at each sitting..so i guess a total of 12 slices of bread a day..
each slice has 7 grams of carbs..so thats a total of 84 grams of carbs a day from the bread..not much at all..almost ketogenic
