Fina Halflife and Lower back Pumps

Since the half-life of Fina is only 2-3 days, would all the lowerback pumps that I get when trying to do cardio on fina be gone 3 days after discontinuing usage?

Never experienced lower back pumps on fina but im not saying it cant happen. You should try some cranberry extract to help with your kidneys. Fina is harsh on the kidneys and you may be experiencing kidney pains.

you sure the lower back" pumps" are not kidney pain from fina?

It's most likely pumps in your erector spinae that you are feeling the pain from. I highly doubt you have kidney problems, and even if you did, cranberry will not help kidneys unless you have a urinary tract infection.

The pumps didn't go away for me until about a week after my last Fina inject. Drink plenty of water.

Geez, there you all go with the "fina is hard on the kidneys" thing again. I have never seen any evidence in any scientific text or journal that shows trenbolone acetate is harder on the kidneys than any other AS. All "evidence" I have ever seen is purely ancedotal and could be explained by other drugs that were being taken concurrently.

If you can provide the slightest shred of scientific evidence to back up this tired old claim then please do so. Otherwise, you are just perpetuating a myth. And please, don't say "It is a vet drug so there are no studies on people." There are trenbolone esters that were created for human use (i.e. Parabolan). I would even take a study done on animals (they have kidneys too). I have looked in both medical and veternary literature and have found no evidence whatsoever of tren causing kidney damage in ANYTHING. It's always possible I missed something though so please let me know if you have found such a study.

Add some potassium (bananas) to your diet, it seems to help reduce the cramping.

Fina is NOT harsh on the kidneys or Liver. Spidey is 100% accurate.

Cranberry extract can help reduce bacteria in the kidney IF you have an infection, but other than that it doesn't protect kidney cells in any way. It's of no use to AAS users.

Ditto on comments regarding drinking more water.

Ditto also on the potassium.....it will help to reduce localized muscle pumps.....it works with D-Bol and Fina....and don't worry bro ...you are not the only one who experiences this....I have it so severe sometimes...I have to stop doing cardio.....a suggestion however....if you have access to elliptical trainers.....try these as they sometimes help relieve the bloodflow to the lowerback....and by no means rollerblade.....I got about 6 miles from the house with my girl and I was crying like a baby......pretty embarrasing...

Actually im not talking from scientific evidence and maybe you are right it is not harder on the kidneys then any other drug, but i am talking from experience both times i have used fina in my cycles i have had kidney pains which definitely went away when i bumped up my intake of cranberry extract and/ or cranberry juice.

Maybe I'll just hold on to the handrails on the treadmill, until this cycle is over, that seems to help out the problem a lot.
