Filtering Twice

hi last night i made my first batch of test e 200mg/ml 30ml.The steps i toook were weigh out powder then add ba...then sterilised gso in oven for half an hour and then added to powder and mixed,and put on eye of stove top.....all looked good so i filtered it with a whatman .22 filter into a vial but when it was transferred to vial it looked like it was crashing and cloudy when i shook it so i put it in the oven at 220 for ten minutes and then refiltered it....and now it is perfectcly clear test e but my question is how much of the hormone would i have lost in double filtering? thanks

I am trying to find the article to attach it, but until I find it...my understanding is that the Whatman will not filter out any hormone due to its design. There may be some loss due to leakage or dead space, but not the hormone.

I will try to find the article that explained a lot better than I can the filtration of the Whatman i.e what the filter catches vs. what it lets through.
