Ok this might be a bit of a long one firstly I am 30 years old and started my first cycle of AAS early last year this was



Wk 1-8 Deca Durabolin 400mg per wk

Wk 1-8 Sustanon 500mg per wk

Wk 1-8 Proviron 50mg per day



I finished this cycle and foolishly did not take any PCT I was of for approx 11 weeks then started cycle again



Wk 1-8 Deca Durabolin 600mg per wk

Wk 1-8 Sustanon 500mg per wk

Wk 1-8 Proviron 50mg per day



Then I did pct as follows



Wk 10-12 hCG 1500iu x 3 Mon/Wed/Fri

Wk 10-12 Nolvadex 20mg per day



I then started my 3rd cycle around February this year as followes



Wk 1-5 Deca Durabolin 600mg per wk

Wk 1-5 Sustanon 500mg per wk

Wk 1-8 Proviron 50mg per day



Wk 6-8 152mg Parabolan per week

Wk 6-8 400mg Virormone per week



During the 3rd week of the above 3rd cycle I had to carry out a sperm test as me and my gal have been trying for a baby for a while and the test came back at practically zero I told the specialist about my use of AAS who told me that they could have affected my fertility for life but could not be sure until I have carried out another sperm test after I had discontinued the AAS I finished the above cycle as laid out and then did PCT as follows



Wk 9-11 hCG 1500iu x 3 per week Mon/Wed/Fri

Wk 9-11 Nolvadex 20mg per day

Wk 9-11 Clomid 50 mg per day

Wk 12-14 Nolvadex 20mg per day

Wk 12-14 50mg Clomid per day



I have another sperm test booked at the end of June is there anything anyone can tell or advise me that might help???

Y dont you try tribulus

Clomid is used for male infertility and also proviron is shown to raise sperm count.. Id stay on both of thoughs at about 50mg/day.. I think that will help.. good luck..

[Clomiphene citrate therapy in idiopathic male infertility]

Clomiphene citrate therapy was performed on 30 patients with idiopathic male infertility, who were intractable to non-hormonal therapy. Clomiphene citrate was administered orally at a dose of 25 mg per day for 25 days with 5 days of rest following Paulson' protocol, and we favorable results were obtained: Both sperm count and sperm motility improved in 11 cases (36.7%). Odera's score count decreased in 14 cases (46.7%), which were judged as effective. The wives of 4 patients treated by this therapy became pregnant. After this therapy, the serum levels of luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone, testosterone and prolactin were 1.90, 1.81, 1.89 and 1.22 times higher, respectively. These findings indicate that clomiphene citrate therapy is an effective for idiopathic male infertility, but we need to consider that the sudden and marked elevation of serum testosterone level by this therapy might affect male accessory sex organs such as the prostatic gland which shows androgen dependency later in life.

Is it wrong to suggest that you end your cycle and wait and see if the count goes up?? Im not sure how cycles are ran really...but if you want a baby you might have to change your priorities....

Heavy consecutive cycles are leading to almost zero count of sperm or at least a very high percentage of sluggished sperms as a plus, anyway oyu need to follow/repeart a PCT untill you improve your ratios. londonmuscles is right give a try to the tribulus after finishing a complete PCT and here's what works well for me myself and some other B-builders who are coached by me:

All starting after one week of your last juicing inj..ok
clomid:

1st day = 6 tabs / d
day 2 - day 14 = 2 tabs / d
day 15 - day 30 = 1 tab /d

nolva:

1st day - day 30 = 2 tabs daily = 20 mg

HCG: 6 x 1500 iu

1500 iu every three days

then, after finishing what is stated above you can follow it by the tribulus AND here's the name of one indian" m not indian but supporting their products.... lol" herbal drug that is called SPEMEN which gives a marvelous results. one of its contents is the tribulus "amount is not high enough" in addition to some other ingredients and all are herbals with no side effects..please give it a try then go to do some checks....btw you need to continue using this product for at least 4 - 6 months under dosage of 6 - 9 tabs daily. thank you and waiting for your feedback ..take care

Which to me is sad...when one day you want kids and find out that you can't do to gear....but I understand the wanting bigger and better thing......

If you feel you haven't fully recovered, can you re-start PCT at anytime. The PCT would consist of the above HCG protcol, Clomid, and Nolv. I've been off for two months, however, I feel like my boys have not fully came back and my loads are weak. Thanks

hey bro, I'm having problems with me and my girl also, and i know its from my gear usage, I'm doing a correct pct coming up in the end of Feb, and i am interested in this herbal drug you mentioned, do you have to but more tribulus to go along with it? and if so what dosage of tribulus do you need? I"m also going to be trying proviron in my pct.. I'll google the spemen to see if i can find a sourc. thanks man
