Ferma Not Clearing up GYNO

In other words if you had enough estro buildup occuring that gyno could manifest itself, it has taken the letro the past 8 days just to get rid of the "excess". NOW moving forward you could probably start to see a little results as the letro makes "new progress" so to speak. I hope you can understand what I mean by that description.
Also it could be prolactin related gyno which letro won't help much with, but with the compounds you listed I doubt this is the case.
Need2 can help immensly on this subject.

Give it more time, I ran 3 weeks of Letro followed by 3 weeks of nolva to clear up some older gyno.

8 days is definitely not enough time for even letro to clear up gyno...remember, you're getting rid of estrous tissue. Especially if you ramp up and down on the dosage. It could take several weeks or longer before you completely eliminate the lump (that is, if it even completely goes away). Once you're done with the letro at the high dosage, ramp down and then find a weaker anti-estrogen to use after that in order to prevent estrogen rebound. They recommend nolvadex for this, but I understand even nolva has its rebound issues, not to mention its other sides. Personally, I've been using Sustain and Post-Cycle after Letro to control estrogen rebound.
