I am pretty strong right now...well sort of for me in this stage of my training life. I train realllllly fast! example, back today. I do not rest between exercises.
Low cable row 300# x 10 reps
Jump to:
DB pullovers 100# X 10
Jump to:
Chins me x however many I get. 16 -20 first set most times then a rapid decrease in reps.
Jump to: Stiff legs for low back 225# x 12
Then I rest for 1-2 min and go again four times. I finish in 20 miniutes. Just in case anyone was curious how an older guy trains while on....or off, just a little stronger and I recover faster between sets while on.
