Feel free to lol at my misfortune

I wonder if this is s case...

If a pregnant woman aborts a child that the man wanted is she accountable for removing him from the decison and essential killing his (their) child. Or alternately never telling the father he has a child and raising him or her without his knowledge.

Now if a woman removes a man from the decison of protected sex (ie. lies about being protected) and gets pregnant is she accountable to the consequences of having a child to raise with out the support of the unknowing party?

Any real laws on this yet or is it all grey area?

It's lose/ lose for the men when it comes to this.

I'm not a lawyer so I have no idea if there's something on the books about such deceptive practices and the resultant liability. The problem I see is, it's all hearsay...Puddles claims she said *this (lies about birth control)*...fact is, he admitted he didn't use a condom so he never took reasonable precaution (and believing what a f*ck-buddy *tells* you is not reasonable precaution). Puddles knows, even with proper precaution, that there is ALWAYS a chance of pregnancy (and at that point, the odds of it happening or not, isn't even relevent), so I cannot fathom how anyone can claim they'd not understand the consequences of sex, protected or not.

And I'm not making excuses for her behaviour, it's a crappy situation...and I speak as a former kid from a legal union who's parent abandoned the family for the simple reason that she, and her sisters, weren't the boys he wanted.

edit: I will admit that from the sounds of it (her having another child and being in her very early 20's) that she is exploiting Puddles economic situation for her benefit. :(

Yep! True.. I will say one thing to the guys though. Just because a woman is on the pill or whatever doesn't mean shit. Pregancy can still happen! I don't care if she is on something or not if you aren't going to wear a rubber then at least pull out. I am married and we still pull out. I don't want any more kids right now and not taking any chances. I know a few people myself included that got pregnant while on the pill. Just a word of advice the pull out method is your friend. :) Nothing is 110% effective.

It sure sounds like she misled him, but here's a guy who thinks all women are liars, so maybe he should have wrapped it up before enjoying the ride.
They are not even in a relationship. He admitted he was just having sex with her, so why trust anyone you're just schtooping?!

I'm shocked at how other women would call other women names, when it's obvious Puddle is the man-ho.
Please..........It takes two right?!
I'll tell you what Im shocked about - I'm shocked that a woman would lie to a man about being on birth control when she clearly wasnt or wasnt using it properly. if it's true that she lied to him about it, then yes she is a stupid cunt whoreface slutbag and a no good human being. fuck her. I dont care that she's a woman. Just because she shares my gender does not mean that I should feel any less passionate about her fucking horrible and unacceptable behavior.
