I wonder if this is s case...
If a pregnant woman aborts a child that the man wanted is she accountable for removing him from the decison and essential killing his (their) child. Or alternately never telling the father he has a child and raising him or her without his knowledge.
Now if a woman removes a man from the decison of protected sex (ie. lies about being protected) and gets pregnant is she accountable to the consequences of having a child to raise with out the support of the unknowing party?
Any real laws on this yet or is it all grey area?

Yep! True.. I will say one thing to the guys though. Just because a woman is on the pill or whatever doesn't mean shit. Pregancy can still happen! I don't care if she is on something or not if you aren't going to wear a rubber then at least pull out. I am married and we still pull out. I don't want any more kids right now and not taking any chances. I know a few people myself included that got pregnant while on the pill. Just a word of advice the pull out method is your friend.
