I don't think it should be legal but on the other hand let doctors be able to prescribe it for athletic purposes for people in the right health and willing to stay under a doctors supervison...

I wish this was the case. I suffered a herniated disc in my neck and have used weightlifting to help build up my muscles around my back and neck to attempt to get back into my sport but so far The injury is just too much and i can not make a successfull return. If i put on 20lbs of muscle I am sure I could return and compete again.. it sux.. so far I have gained about 10lbs of muscle.. that was the easy part.. the next 15-20 is going to be real hard to get naturally....
