Fed The Fuck Up With Being Skinny, This Time For Real

i jog to the gym which takes about 8 minutes, if i walk fast like 14 ...there and back..... might get some rides in winter can be cold.

also on leg day, before i roll in and do 5 sets of squats and the rest of the workout, would it be beneficial to do any sprinting on the way to the gym. im not a pro runner or anything but i can rip for about 80-120 metres for sure.

OH! I forgot the obvious!

Get a complete blood test, including hormones like thyroid, test, esto, PSA and the normal comprehensions. You might have something out of whack that is easily corrected.
 
really eh....sounds expensive....... i had blood tests for accutane, a while back, nothing was mentioned to me as out of wack.....but ya i guess this is a good idea

how expensive in ontario,does ohip cover?
